- We have had an amazing start to our time in Myanmar. We visit the Mandalay Palace and take riverboat over to Mingun to see one of the most beautiful white pagodas we have ever seen, the Hsinbyume (which some call the Taj Mahal of Myanmar) as well as the Mingun Pahtodawgi and the Mingun Bell.

I visited your country a few years before when this was filmed. I had the most wonderful time and especially enjoyed Old Bagan. You truly come from a wonderful country and culture that was so so welcoming to us and I hope I can return. A particular highlight was the food! Banana pancakes every morning was a wonderful treat.

I remember being in Bagan in the early 2000s and it was deserted. Literally just me riding a bike around this huge plain full of crumbling temples.
Its not Bagan. Its near Mandalay.
I prefer those temples to Tiananmen Square! There's so many of them, and they look amazing! I LOVE how there's no tourists. That huge meal also reminded me of my first night on a group tour in Beijing, it was the best and biggest meal of the trip and it cost us about 50 yuan each... so it was under $10!
I usually use Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 for my video editing...but I have to subscribe with Adobe and its so expensive. Please tell me what sort of video editing s/ware u use for windows 10 MS OS for 4K resolution clips...thx

At 4:50 ,In India we also have a circular board where we rub Sandlewood stick , but we apply it on forehead as a tikka only and not on entire face.😀

It is called "Min-Gun", a freey-ride away from Mandalay.
The original palace had been destroyed back in WWII. This one is a rebuilt version.

This is painted white. Taj Mahal is carved marble. So not exactly the same.
It’s Naan with butter and sugar. Not pancake 😅.
