What about the Torch & Tail main character packs? FYI If you buy the pack without having unlocked the characters in Trials of Gnomus, then beating ToG will unlock costumes for them, but for some reason if you do it the other way round, you don't get the costumes.

Use the stars for trio of knomus, the key is by the seagull in the monthly event, the knomus is in the deep sewers, use the rainbow stars for torchwood and special goat get to the doors with keys that are in the legendary chests in the event too
i know it’s very late and you’ve probably figured this out already but there is a fish that you can use your gold stars on that give you xp if you need more

5:27 the difference between the packs is that the attack pack has summons used on attack while the defense packs have pots/bot used on defense.
