We all had a very hard time during the covid-19 pandemic and especially the workers! Today I passed gifted different workers a little gift from Miralinas Halal-Shop and me to appreciate their work.
It was a beautiful and random act of kindness.

I'm not Muslim, but I have always loved giving little gifts like you to people around me who I thought deserved a thank you. Hence I'm not surprised to see the skeptical reactions. It always happened to me, too, and made me feel weird when I just wanted to be friendly. Shows how rarely strangers are friendly to one another for people to expect the worst when you approach them.
We live in strange times really. It is normal with so many tensions going around in the world, sparing no culture. However, you should never stop being who you are.

I have a Muslim neighbour family who’s wife and child are always incredibly kind and sweet to me everytime I see them .. I always wanted to give them little gifts for say Ramadan (hope I spelt that correctly) as I felt bad that we celebrate Christmas and give gifts to one another In my family and my friendship circle.. so I wanted to make them feel more at home and welcome for their celebrations but I’m worried I might come across weird or strange .. hopefully after watching this video I get the courage to do this for my neighbour. I really want to try and make a difference with my time on this earth. I won’t change the world I’m aware of that but I can try and make life a little bit brighter around me and for those who are in my life❤️

Increase in ranks meaning increase the state of the heart (Imān) and reach higher levels of Jannah (Paradise).
