Anastasia is the MOST underrated movie
R.I.P Aaliyah "Journey To The Past"
Isabella Padula RIGHT I remember as a child in Haiti I used to watch this every chance I got I love this movie so much and it deserves better
At the beginning will be my wedding song if I ever get married. Favorite movie ever.
No for me it's either Lion King two or treasure planet but I agree it is highly underrated.
Isabella Padula I LOVE THAT MOVIE SO MUCH!!!
Treasure Planet: The best and most underrated Disney movie that ironically almost bankrupted them.
it didnt almost bankrupt them, ua-cam.com/video/b9sycdSkngA/v-deo.html
Ace Spades Just like Sleeping Beauty 😵
Tp was my fav primary school
Which was their own fault for failure to market and placement of release
I adore this movie. It literally changed my life
Anastasia’s soundtrack is sooo good. There’s a reason it was turned into a musical on Broadway! Great movie!
neatoinmytuxedo the musical is so good!
TREASURE PLANET IS SO PERFECT, THE SCORE AND ANIMATION AND MIXTURE OF DEEP CANVAS AND TRADITIONAL ANIMATION IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE CHARACTERS ARE SO NICE AND THE DEVELOPMENT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND ITS SHOWN EVEN IN THE CHARACTER DESIGN WITH JIMS CLOTHES CHANGING FROM DARKER COLORS TO COLORS OF LOVE AND HAPPINESS AT THE END OH MY GOD YOU DONT UNDERSTAND MY LOVE AND PASSION FOR THIS MOVIE
I'M SO GLAD SOMEONE IS AS PASSIONATE ABOUT THIS MOVIE AS I AM OML
Chill out
Safety Snailz Banana jeez calm down with the captions
0:38-0:40 Niomi: “Is it Disney?! I LOVE DISNEY!”
Anyone who has seen Treasure Planet will agree it is one of the most underrated movies of all time!
People who are confused about the Doug ruling: The tv show was originally owned and produced by Nickelodeon. After Disney bought it, they made a movie. Disney made the movie, not Nick. Therefore, Doug's 1st Movie (not the show, the movie) was "originally produced" by Disney. An odd choice to include, but it's technically correct.
Thank you for clarifying
I remember when I was kid being confused like why does Doug look a little different lol
Okay, thank you for explaining, because I was about to say....That's cheating XD
I still don't understand how Treasure Planet didn't do well, it's an iconic movie
ua-cam.com/video/b9sycdSkngA/v-deo.html watch this !! it will give insight as to how disney's CEO at the time lowkey wanted it to fail
Disney themselves ruined the movie's chances before it was even in theatures. Blame Disney.
ITS A BEAUTIFUL MOVIE 😍🤩🤩🤩 I ASK MYSELF THE SAME QUESTION 😭😭
Wasn’t it released at the same time as Harry Potter or TLOTR?
@@BlazeFireball yes it was also the people who make it didn't make a lot publicity
The prince of Egypt is by far the most underrated Dreamworks movie alone. From the cast, the plot, the animation, the soundtrack. It's gold. Yet 22 years later it's still grossly underappreciated
They, said it was universal and not dreamworks, but it is both
@@zekethegeek1279Now it’s both. Universal didn’t buy Dreamworks until around 2016 or 2017 time
*ANASTASIA IS SO UNDERRATED*
how? its the best of the best
IKR some people refuse to watch it mainly cause shes not a disney princess
to me, the movie made me feel uneasy about the whole Romanov family tragedy and thinking about what could have been if Anastasia really did survive
And Disney Owns Anastasia Now
i like how they're hearting every comment that says this 😂
How can anyone think “Meet the Robinsons” is anything other than Disney if they’ve watched it, it literally is driven by one of Walt’s most famous quotes 🙂🙃
Because it wasn't until Tangled that Disney had created its signature CGI look. Dinosaur, Meet the Robinsons, Chicken Little and Bolt are all over the place in style.
100% agree. After the 10th "Keep Moving Forward", you'd think they'd get a clue...
The quote itself was even revealed at the end of the movie
I cannot stress enough how underappreciated Treasure Planet is.
The story about a young man searching for a father figure is brilliant and so different from most Disney stories. And the music and the visuals are great too ❤
Anastasia is SO UNDERRATED!!! It’s my favorite princess movie 👏🏻👏🏻
Treasure Planet is very underrated
The Doug one was kinda tricky because Doug was originally Nickelodeon but the movie didnt get made until after Disney acquired it
Also mad props to recognizing Muppet Treasure Island as the best Treasure Island adaptation. The man speaks truth
Do another episode and put "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" "The Road to El Dorado" "The Black Cauldron" "The Land Before Time"
I LOVE SPIRIT
The black cauldron is the MOST underrated.
I wanna see them put Teacher's Pet on there just to see if anyone has actually heard of it and can guess that it's a Disney film. If I wasn't aware of the One Saturday Morning show, I would have thought it was from Nickelodeon.
Omg I love El Dorado!
None of those are Disney except black cauldron.
These movies scream UNDERRATED
Finally Treasure Planet is getting a bit of recognition. You guys have brushed it aside in previous disney videos
I hope they include Atlantis in the future too ;w;
Yeah. They wasted that opportunity to include it multiple times before this video.
0:39
no one:
not even anyone:
Niomi: I LoVE dIsNEy!!!!!
i frickin love this girl XDXD
Man, Treasure Planet is one of the best and most unique Disney movies of all times, absolutely beautiful. It's a almost a crime how underrated it is.
I think it suffered due to when it came out, which was around the same time Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets came out. Sadly I had no interest in this movie simply because I was never into the original story. Only reason why I watched the Muppets version was because of Tim Curry and well, the Muppets.
@@Zodia195 it would've been huge hit if the timing was right
Best movie ever
Treasure Planet is so underrated. That movie is EVERYTHING.
GOD I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE TREASURE PLANET YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ITS SO GOOD
Where is the Road to El Dorado? One of the best animated films from my childhood.
OMG, YEEEES!
I'm so disappointed it was not included
I remember seeing it in theaters
Treasure Planet is criminally underrated
The moment Once upon a december started playing i cried with nostalgia.
I was once the most mystical man in all Russia
Me, watching: "I wonder if they'll do Prince of Egypt"
Next clip: "you're playing with the big boys now!"
Tarry NY if you like Prince of Egypt you probably will like Joseph, king of dreams too
Oh my you’ll love Joshua and the promised land!
The Doug one was a trick question. Doug was originally on Nickelodeon, but the movie was made by Disney after they acquired the series
I LOVE ANASTASIA SOO MUCH, it’s sad how soo many people don’t know the movie
For anyone who didn't watch Anastasia PLEASE DO!! it's one of my favorite movies of all time
Haven’t even watched the episode, just need to say Anastasia is the most underrated animation movie EVER!
Treasure Planet is SO underrated
And even if you’re not religious Prince of Egypt is SO good and everyone should watch it cause honestly it’s more about being free and taking a stand than just a “WORSHIP GOD” kind of thing
Agreed about the first part, for the Prince of Eggs... Haven't seen it yet.
exactly my friend is atheist and they LOVE prince of egypt
The first and last films were both from Don Bluth, who formed his own animation studio after parting ways with his original employer, Disney.
Which is why so many people think his movies are Disney movies. 😂
Bruh Treasure Planet is the most underrated most forgotten Disney movie ever no one talks about this movie
In a part 2, you could use Balto (not Disney), Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron (not Disney), The Black Cauldron (Disney), The Rescuers (Disney), The Road to El Dorado (not Disney), The Secret of NIMH (not Disney) and Oliver and Company (Disney).
All of these, a lot of people don't know the difference off the top of their heads.
TREASURE PLANET IS THE BEST MOVIE!!!!
Anyone confused about doug hopefully this makes sense. Doug the show was bought by disney from nick and after they owed the show they made a movie and that's what they were guessing was the movie not the show
4:02 ''I could of sworn Doug was from Nickelodeon''
Actually he was! , until Disney bought the rights to him i think?
You're right and 3 years after buying the rights, they made that movie.
Treasure planet was shat on so hard. It's quite possibly the best Disney film... seriously.
I can feel the collective gasp of outrage when Niomi said she didn’t like The Prince of Egypt.
How dare she!
CNNS Yeah I was shocked 😳 It’s one of my favorite non Disney movies 😍😍🙂👍🏻
I think it’s the “antagonizing” of Egyptian culture “shoved down her throat”, which makes sense and I actually feel sorry for her, despite being Christian myself
Treasure Planet is so underrated. It's one of my favorite animated movies. I want people to know about it more but I fear they will destroy this gem by doing a remake.
It was criminal what the executives at Disney did to treasure planet and it's directors. They sabotaged it's marketing and that's why this movie is underrated and unknown.
Rythian Black what did they do? I never saw it or heard anything about it 😔
Meet the Robinsons had one of the best soundtracks ever. Rob Thomas made a classic with Little Wonders
I saw Anastasia and I've never clicked an FBE video so fast
Prince of Egypt
Niomi: Ah no, I fucking hate this movie.
Sid: WHAT?!
I feel you Sid, I feel you.
I feel that, its such an amazing movie
How can people hate that movie it's a classic
@@TyMarshall007 it was banned in several countries including Egypt, and DreamWorks didn't hold back on the 10 plagues
The movie was epic masterpiece
TREASURE PLANET had one of the best story arc of a character ever.
I knew Anastasia was in this the moment she emphasized the acquisition technicality.
I love it when people say they love Disney in videos like these and then fail miserably.
They should do Pixar Animation vs Disney Animation vs Dreamworks Animation. More people mess those up than I thought possible.
All Pixar films after Cars are Disney movies. (And the others are still published by Disney)
@@SanderEvers Yes, in the same way the all Marvel films starting with the Avengers are Disney. But Marvel is still its own studio, just like Pixar is. Their content is disney, but Pixar films are not Disney Animated Studio films like Frozen, Tangled, and Big Hero 6.
So I know they're Disney, but there IS a difference between Pixar Studio and Disney Animation Studio films.
Treasure planet will forever be my favorite Disney movie
Who else misses 2D animation from Disney?
Just me, Ok
Cloe Bo it’s not just you bro
Cloe Bo believe me, 2d animated movies were usually the best ones
Should DreamWorks go back to doing 2D Animation?
Bruh that's the coldest take ever
cgi movies can burn in hell very rare i will watch a cgi
Once upon a December is one of the most beautiful animated movie songs ever! 😍❤️
I just loved seeing all the Romanovs there, and the accuracy with Alexei limping.
Treasure planet was one of my best childhood movies
Treasure Planet may have flopped back in the day, but by Silver's missing limbs, is it bloody amazing.
The guy from treasure planet was one of my first crushes too.
Dylan Wilson same😂
Treasure planet my favorite movie EVER
I had the biggest crush on jim and still do
Treasure Planet is by far one of the most underrated movies of all time. That and Black Cauldron.
Right!?
Too bad people give the black cauldron a bad rap. I know so many people that hate it, even though they haven’t seen it
Anastasia is the best thing I've watched for 20 years now!
Plus childhood memories a lot.😄❤
Treasure Planet is so criminally underrated it hurts my heart ))):
Up in the top 3 there yeah
Doug, yes while it was originally on Nick, it was later picked up by Disney. Season 2 or part 2 was made by Disney and later Doug had a movie that was made by Disney.
They are talking about movies here so Disney
@@patax144 I know but people are complaining about Doug in the comments. Since FBE did not explain the Doug situation, I figure I would help by explaining it.
Prince of Egypt playing
"I hate this movie"
WAIT WHAT? NO JUST NO! HOW?
4:27 Disappointed everyone didn’t have the same reaction. I will protect that movie with my life.
IK THIS SCENE IS SUCH A BLESSINGS THEY ARE SO DUMB LIKE THE ONLY ONE THAT HAD THE BEST REACTION WAS NIOMI
I think Meet the Robinsons is so underrated
Kailey Bunting Sadly it is
ANASTASIA IS SOO FREAKING AMAZING ❤️❤️
I will always sing once upon a December when I am even reminded of it. Now excuse me as I go look up a karaoke.
Also *IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE*: if you really love the movie Anastasia, go listen to the show! Some of the plot lines change so follow along with a synopsis (Wikipedia is a good source for once). You won’t regret it!
The doug one was a trick question since it was Nick originally
WHERE ARE THOSE TREASURE PLANET FANS AT!?!? It's such an underrated, forgotten Disney movie.
Me!
Glad about the Treasure Planet reaction! Fav movie!
Should have also included The Swan Princess and Thumbelina! 🦢🌷
Round 2 should have more of my favorites like Atlantis, Road to El Dorado, Emperors New Groove, and Quest for Camelot
I just KNEW that Prince of Egypt and Anastasia were going to be on this list.
And Fievel's movies are so sweet!
Those 3 were the only movies I'd seen on this list - and I guessed them all right.
Yay!
Anastasia Wasylinko I’ve seen all of then except for Treasure Planet....but I know the movie lol Meet The Robinsons is a FANTASTIC movie! I highly recommend it!
Should have thrown in Balto. Guarantee no one would have gotten it right.
Anastasia (Fox), Balto (universal) and El Dorado (dreamworks) are, by far, three of the BEST animated movies EVER!!! Im so excited you mentioned my favorite siberian husky from all times 😍
Yeah, I love Balto ♡ and I watched it so many times when I was a kid that I can't forget that it's from Universal. Also I had that movie recorded with another one in the same vhs, so the Universal intro was something that helped me recognize it
Actually it was made by Amblimation. Universal was just the distributor. When Amblimation closed down, Universal acquired the rights. So, it's a Universal property but they didn't make it. It's a common misconception, especially since Universal did make both sequels.
Meet The Robinsons and Treasure Planet are underrated, not enough people know about them or have watched them.
Yeah, unfortunately people didn't pay attention to many of the Disney movies released in the 2000s.
Lmao, I saw Doug and thought "this one should be obvious" before I remembered that Disney bought Doug at one point. My only issue was I couldn't remember if the movie was made before or after.
As for everyone complaining about the rules, the movie counts because it was made after and BY Disney, as opposed to being already made by a different studio.
_"i did not enjoy the last season of Game of Thrones"_ *LOL*
I love how EVERYONE reacted to Prince of Egypt exactly as I'd hoped!! Except for the one Egyptian gal...I can kind of understand if she felt her heritage wasn't portrayed correctly, but COME ON let put objectivity into this...the movie itself is the pinnacle of animated storytelling perfection.
The only one that messed me up was Doug. Because I knew Doug from Nickelodeon and didn't realize that it had transitioned to Disney.
TREASURE PLANET IS MY WHOLE LIFE
YAAAAAAAAS
yES!
A bit of an exaggeration but it was good
would I get a point for saying Don Bluth instead of Universal?
I love Anastasia with a passion!!!! Especially Once Upon A December!! Why does my age not know of this movie?!
Treasure planet Is the most underrated movie of Disney
Treasure planet holds up even today. If you promoted it now as it is for theaters no one will be the wiser. Just a great film
“He was like my first crush as a kid. Sorry, I’ve had crushes on cartoons.”
Me: I thought I was the only one!!!
Also me: Animated crushes ⬇️
Jack Frost
Hiccup Haddock
Jack Skellington
Hiro Hamada
Robin
Beast Boy
Peter Parker
Adrien Agreste/Cat Noire
Flynn Rider
My first crush was a cartoon as well, I was in love with Wolverine from the X man, I know, it's weird hahaha
Marta Santos, aren’t we all?? 😂😂😍😍😍
ToAdTyLeR, trust me, that ain’t weird at all! 🙏🏻🙌🏻
Man still haven’t forgiven disney for what they did with a classic like treasure planet 😢
I loved this and all of those movies that I have seen, but kinda disappointed they didn't include Road to El Dorado
4:50 "I had crush on cartoons" same the only difference it is that I still crush on 2D animations
Treasure planet didn't deserve to flop
Damn, kind of made me wish that you guys had put up ‘Sinbad: Legends of the Seven Seas’, ‘Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron’, Atlantis and Titan A.E! If that had happened, I would have cried from nostalgia, and the fact that people might still remember those movies 😭
Those are the best movies!!
They will always be remembered
I love all of those
A little unfair on that Doug one.
Kinda sad no one knew the lyrics to Once Upon A December. Also, I wished they added the song I'm Still Here for the Treasure Planet clip. Those transitions are BEAUTIFUL and FLAWLESS!!!
Atlantis or road to El Dorado would have been good mix ups
Probably in part 2
Should’ve included The Iron Giant, underrated great film
And Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas
And Shrek
Yessss, I knew they were about to say the
muppet version was the best because it freakin’ was! BUT!!! I still love Treasure Planet. Dreamworld, Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron, and Disney Tarzan are still my favs as a 27 year old lol. Loved this episode.
psssssssssssssst if you decide to do another version of this you should include: Land Before Time, Ice Age, Road to El Dorado, and FernGully.
Blaire Fox j feel like no one ever talks about Fern Gully but it will always be a favorite of mine! Oh and Brave Little Toaster!
@@Creepergirl625 I only remember FernGully vaguely, but it was entertaining. I haven't seen Brave Little Toaster :(
Shouldn’t Laura actually have 7 points because 6:59 she got the right answer but didn’t get the point
Bro, y’all should have done The Wild Swans, or The Black Cauldron, or Gulliver’s Travels. How many people would have know they were movies, let alone were Disney movies.
It's nice to see that so many people are appreciating Treasure Planet for what it is, and that I'm not alone in having it as my favourite movie. This truly does put a smile on my face.
Treasure Planet is in my Top 3 Disney movies 😍😍 I really don't get why it flopped and people dissing it so much 😔
@@TrineMortensen Well there is a very good video about why it flopped called "Treasure Planet: Disney's greatest mistake" which basically explains that Disney wanted it to fail because it cost too much to make and sustain. But I don't get why the general public hate it, or feel meh about it, because even as an adult I still extremely enjoy the movie, even Ben!
@@arrash4388 Oh okay.. I didn't know that.. Thanks for the info 😉
I love it, and a lot of my friends also love it 😍😍
Treasure Planet deserves to be way more mainstream. Can you imagine how awesome Treasure Planet themed rides at Disney would be 😭
Not only rides, but also themed-lands.
Anyone else here who also grew up with Treasure Planet? One of my childhood favorites 💕
I loooove treasure planet, it is one of my favorite movies. I wish Disney would make a live action remake of it. With the technology we have now it would be great.
Y'all said that if it was Disney later, it doesn't count. DOUG was Nickelodeon first. right?
Alina Ramirez nah it was a show on Disney Channel
@@PMAchamp37 it was on Nick first. Fight meeeeeee.
No the original Doug was Nickelodeon. That wasn't the original Doug.
The TV show Doug was on Nickelodeon originally. Doug's 1st movie was made by Disney though after they acquired the show.
Is it just me or is everyone here skipping the word "recently" when they explained it?
Are these people all aspiring actors? Seems like at the beginning they were more normal folk and now they all seem to be going out on auditions and they're not normal folk. You know relatable.
Treasure Planet is so underrated. Such a good movie.
