To know that, all Tim wanted was to protect Mabel at all cost from dimases and he left her alone truly showed how he was. All the apartment people complained on him and on his memoria no one said one nice thing and how would they as he was so lonely and was trying to save his and Mabel's life . So sad that his life ended like that where he found a shoulder to lie to on Jan's. I felt like, Mabel actually liked Tim but he never showed that affection and she found that in Oscar. I wish they showed Mabel dealing with the loss of Tim. Her childhood friend cause even though they grew apart , I thought she would actually shed tears for him. Maybe a more moment of Mabel and Tim.

Mabel did it. She didn’t ask Oscar if he did it or not, then when he said he heard the gunshot she said “you heard it”? And looks guilty. And she was last to meet at the restaurant when the fire alarm was going off. And her and Oscar obviously something more than friends and he was dating her friend so shady
I thought it was Oscar's dad who did it or killed Zoe and thought that Mabel looked guilty because she gave him the idea or she saw him go up to the apartment before hand than anyone but I don't know maybe you are right. She knows something or she did it or she and Zoe are part of the key of it
Guys don't forget sometimes in this kind of shows the one who looks guilty is not necessarily the killer. I think they're gonna put a twist on it and not go on the obvious choice.
