To me this is how a bachata performance should be: no crazy costumes or acrobatics, just a beautifully choreographed routine and people having fun while performing it. Great job!
Over 2 years old and its still a great routine even with as much as Bachata routines have progressed. Salsa Heat brought the heat 2 years ago and they still do it.
I spend a lot of my time looking at videos such as these and this is the only one that has caught my eye. I get bored watching other ones but I always watch this whole video and not just once. I love dancing and this is something to aspire to, love it!!
Loved it! I usually don't like Bachata because it frequently lacks the finesse of other dances. It usually ends up looking like nothing more than sleaze on the dance floor, which takes very little talent. But this was superbly choreographed and beautifully danced. It was sexy to watch without looking trashy. Well done! If Bachata was danced like this everywhere, it would be a LOT more popular.
i am no where near mexican....but i do believe that in another life i was. Every time i here or see something like this i light up..and i love to dance these dances...
I've seen so many videos on youtube of dances and I just have to say this is the FIRST video i've seen where everyone knows how to actually dance! I just absolutely loved the moves & choreography. Did you come up with the routine?

The basic is a very important part to learn. It's to teach you to listen to the music. You can also take some Dominican Bachata style lessons to get some fancy foot work in then use it to make your style come out. :) Good Luck.
Awesome dance and very well done. Though, the guy's shirts do make them look like they just stepped out of the kitchen for a minute to dance with the ladies :)
