Iggy Pop is back! Post Pop Depression finds the iconic rocker returning to his Berlin-era swagger, with the help of Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age and an all-star group of musicians. He plays a special live performance for KCRW.
1976 - 1978 in Berlin, Iggy Pop and David Bowie was writing and singing together. China Girl, Sister Midnight, Tonight, The Passenger, The Idiot, Lust for Live etc. That was a good time!
Great song from a great album!! Iggy is the man!!!
My favorite track off the album. Fucking love this song!
GUITAR MOVES!!!
sounds like cash playing with qotsa..kinda kool
You can still watch the whole set on the KCRW site.
intro and outro riff should have been the heart of this song!
I'd love to see a version of this where Josh sings this and then an octave higher.
Best track on the album!
I like the band
Why you have delete the full performance WHY ??? :((
sometimes it's great to come from Germany XD

And there is the sexiness debauchery coquettish-like fashion rock 'n' roll's been lacking. Thanks to this gang.
Schnellimbiss :)
Does anyone know what kind of drums and cymbals Matt is using on this live session??
Oh yeah, he's using Pearl's FG55883029-9KKK and he coupled it with some FNG-889SOAPMCTAVISH
its like a G dog on the fly tip.. flossin wit da posse, cuttin in da crib.
Mass production
sick boy was wrong, he can still hack it !
Who's the bass player?
Matt Sweeney
mustach man
he is obviously not about the show- even though sometimes it looks like it. inside out.
Who is the bald dude on guitar that looks like Lee Van Cleef? Guy can play a mean guitar!
Must be awfully hot in that studio. Poor guys are sweating
Riffage
man this sucks
d. walsh, g man tramp is right. This is terrible. IP’s vibrato voice is just . . . I’d have to do lots of drugs to enjoy this ride.
It's more about the music itself for me. The guitar work in particular.. It's incredible. I don't care about the vocals that much. To each his own though..
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
