Kabam designed bullseye SP1 to be nearly impossible to dex which means it is nearly impossible to parry every hit. His evade also lasts too long after the special is used. Kabam really failed with this balance.
The evade lasts way too long. Shouldn’t even be a damn evade after the sp1.
Way too many bulls eye counters now. Like Onslaught after his summer of pain. In a few months you'll realize he different but not that scary
I never said that there weren’t counters. The problem is, in Kabam’s own omission, anything other than the perfect counter is punished too hard. There “fix” doesn’t change anything except a slight reduction of damage from dexing his basic attacks. It’s not good enough and he will still be too punishing as a defender.
I think white tiger power drain could be better and I think msd said it well, he said change her precision to intercepts instead of dexing.
It feels like the balance team just watches MSD and Allison Edits and KT1 videos and other top players and says “Yup, MSD can get damage out of this guy. He’s fine.” and “These three top You Tubers can counter Bullseye with like any champ in Battlegrounds, so no big changes needed.”
Those top UA-camrs spent over 30 thousand bucks on kabam. They don’t operate on the same servers that y’all do!! Nor the Ai interactions are the same. A large percentage of players are through those guys deep in the rabbit hole where kabam like to keep y’all in a loop 😂😂😂😂😂 That’s what men call suckers… kabam is creating a pool of suckers and morons 🎉🎉😂😂😂😂 succes with that!!
As usual, another dumb move by Kabam.
How does kabam "balance" an overtuned and unfair defender which is absolute garbage on offence? Buff his defence...
They’re not buffing him on defense. Learn to read

@@sohaibafourid He is supposed to get 9 incinerates off sp2 while in harvest mode. Instead he is only getting 7

What the fk are they doing? ONLY reason people ranked up bullseye is defence. He is worst attacker released in years, white tigers fine as is that I do get but bullseye defence getting nerfed but offence not getting buff? Also is it not funny that now that we are getting good bullseye counters he gets nerfed, oh yeah well, ofcourse after they sell about whqt they were gonna on his counters he gets nerfed. What in the league of legends balancing is this?

I’ve been waiting a long time for the potential rebalancing before ranking bullseye & I can’t tell how bad it is, still seems like he’ll be an annoying defender so should I rank him?

I'm happy with Bullseye defensively. He gets me a guaranteed win basically every time, lol. And I don't find him to be as difficult as everyone else seems to. It's a shame he's getting nerfed a bit.
In example, with the bullseye update: if I'm using profesor X, is it better to dex the specials and take the bleed damage... or block/perry the specials and take the block damage??
Valkyrie now is good option for bullseye

So abuse phasing and block attacks instead?

Kabam is such a joke. I think they do the South Park cut a chickens head off and see where it lands on a wheel to determine things in game.
They have it to use as an excuse to nerf a champ like Hercules if they ever make that in their eyes a mistake again.

First, I do disagree about Bullseye as an attacker. I definitely would have liked to see him get a slight damage buff but I don’t think he needs one. My r2 bullseye can kill winter soldier just as fast as my r2 mole man and my r5 hit monkey and no one says they have bad damage. I do have a high ranked black panther relic on him and i’m running suicides but still, compared to other champions with the same parameters, he’s comparable. Secondly, i do agree about Bullseye as a defender. He seems cheap and the changes they are making i don’t think are going to matter at all. Also, the balance team does seem like they just do the bare minimum just to get out of doing another champion buff. This brings me to my next point, no champion is justified being terrible on attack just because kabam labels them as a defender. Defenders are a small part of what we use our roster for and personally i will never rank a pure defender. A champion being good on attack and a champion being good on defense should be looked at as 2 separate metrics and not the sum of a whole. Most of this game is played on attack and if you don’t play or care about bgs and war then defenders literally do jack for you. I personally hate how kabam looks at champion design (at least recently).
I agree with you. I have r3 unduped bullseye made with act8 skill gem and i use him as attacker even used in war regen path etc hes not the "worst" attacker like people says and so easy access also to prevent evade and autoblock
so is anyone going to talk about them taking units out the rewards for the super event? thats 750 units a month 9k a year in units a 300 dollar value they just are removing.

You’re dead wrong, Bullseye offensively is performing amazingly, his damage is very good in fights up to 600k hp and his utility is phenomenal. If you’re unsatisfied with your Bullseye offensively, try putting a proper Black Panther relic on him.
Also, I’ve seen you play him, it’s on you.
I use my bullseye on offense all the time. I really don't get what his take on his offensive kit at all. He plays just like Kate except there's not that 900 pound gorilla in the room that is her insane coldsnap. You get a few perfect releases on him and he hits like a truck. Phenomenal photon counter too.
@@Misterh0430 yup, he’s also a phenomenal Red Skull counter. His guaranteed crits ignore most of his tankiness and his sp1 counters autoblock. 50 second match.
Yep i got r3 bullseye unduped i use him lot as attacker even aw and hes not bad attacker so easy to prevent evade and autoblock too not just a defender
@@tonimikael6278 when awakened high sig he also ignores Power sting which is awesome.
