Hitmonkey is also great, since Bullseye is tagged "mercenary", Hitmonkey gets a bonus against him, and his Assassin's Cunning cancels out his evade, then Hitmonkeys crazy crit damage, and constant bleed flow takes care of the rest, one Sp2 can wreck Bullseye
Were you trying to kill him as slowly as possible with sinister or lol? You can do that fight wayyyy faster, no.1 counter imo, always does it reliably, quickly and with full health
I've always had Sinister as Number 1 counter against Bullseye but I'm utterly stunned at what I'm watching happen with Kitty Pryde. What the hell is that? Just basically a free win every time they match up? Is that a glitch??
Nah... I just tried it out - it has it's limits. It does amazingly work just like as demonstrated but only for so long. Sinister is still King. I honestly think he's just listing 10 champs but not in any order because clearly Sinister is Number 1.

Before Kitty was in the game the war boss had an anti miss node for a very short period to counter ghost but they removed it when Kitty came out because of this interaction. You can do this against any opponent who can hit Kitty while she’s phased
Sinister is so far above everyone else with maybe the exception of teenage mutant ninja sonic but I don't have her so not familiar....but of the 30 champs I've tried sinister is the only one who is idiot proof. You can't mess it up

Guardian is one of the best counters imo. You can perfect block his specials and all you need to do is one sp1 and then sp2. Very reliable
