Bruh I have heard the same type of story from a friend of mine! He was the second son of his family and his parents were going for an abortion but somehow didn't go for that because of some health issues. And he never got loved by his parents. After reaching adulthood he started his own way to live and cut ties with his parents. But sadly he never had grandparents like MC so in his childhood he could rely on anyone. But at some point he got engaged with a kind girl who become his wife after some point though. By the way my frined is now living a good life with his wife and 2 daughters. 🤗
my problem with this is the story gets twisted form some super simp MC to one whose had dirt on someone form the start so whose the real evil here. The MC for sure is trash but he did the same thing amelia did till she realized she had feelings for him. She just wanted her cake and ice cream too and wanting to try and ruin him just to continue being her dog even if she did love him later she didnt change. But MC knew all along and yet the story has most of the time spent on him acting like the guy whose heart broken till the dumb twist towards end of having real proof she was using him to do the same thing his family did to him since beginning.
