My gosh, do I miss these Kraft Holiday commercials! Just hearing Ed Herlihy's voice takes me right back to my childhood in Detroit at Christmastime in the 1970s.
Wow, you took the thought and warm, fuzzy feeling right out of my mind. Yeah, these commercials really take me back. Just seeing and hearing Ed's voice makes Winter feel a lot warmer.

Wow. Squeez-A-Snak. Been over 50 yrs since I enjoyed that. Completely forgot about how great the Hickory Smoked Flavor was, along with it's Groovy side button dispenser! Thanks for resurrecting this vintage commercial & the Happy Memories I have of Squeez-A-Snak on Ritz Crackers, back in Wisconsin! 🥰
I guess they switched it to the spray cans because those are less messy?

Loved this, brings back good memories. It said Parkay Margarine, was part of the recipe, wow! Parkay, and Nucoa Margarine tasted so good, then someone said they are bad for you and took them away. I know many people who lived long lives having eaten them. Wish we could live our lives on our own terms. Margarine was the best!

@@Melissa0774 If you're thinking of Snack Mate or as they call it now, Easy Cheese, that stuff in the can with the nozzle, they had it back then too. So they never switched it.

Substitute the margarine for butter, and the Cheeze-Whiz for Velveeta and you're on to something.
I remember that sausage shaped cheese but looking back I really don’t understand why it came like that. Seriously, why have it open in the middle? Madness.

@@sparklecanada0112 yeah that's implied, the video is obviously from the 70s. they said "through the 80s" as in starting in the 70s and continuing on....through the 80s.
And they’re all incredibly gross. It’s like no one had working taste buds back in the day.
