Her singing is good yes, but if you have seen The Rocky Horror Picture Show (the film from 1975) it doesn't fit the character she's portraying, Magenta, quite well. It's a bit too high pitched and pretty.

I’m so, so glad that the Glee club covered Rocky Horror as it’s such an important and so frequently ignored musical. It’s groundbreaking and my favourite movie and musical. It revolutionised musicals/ cult classics and I could truly watch it on repeat. INCREDIBLE movie and really awesome episode of Glee
This version has so many awesome things that no comment can make justice to depict how great it is, and I say it as a Rocky Horror fan that hasn't seen Glee series yet. Great version, great voices, great dance moves!
Man, Cory Monteith improved SO MUCH as a singer in such a short period of time! I know most of the cast came in as experienced singers, but out of the ones who clearly weren't singers, I feel he was the only one who put in serious effort to learn technique.
Took me years to realize why this was so great and somewhat different from all there other performances, and realized it's cause Rachel wasn't leading lol. I don't particularly hate the character but it's nice and refreshing to see others in the crew take the spotlight and lead
I know I'm older than anyone here but when this movie came out it was such a cult classic that one of our theaters would show this movie every Saturday night at 12 and everyone would show up as their favorite characters and dance with the screen and watching glee do this and do it so well like they did in most all their performances makes me so happy but so sad it ended as I got into it... What I would give to have them start all over again with other songs but it would be missing one of my favorites Finn Hudson... But still congrats on a amazing show and to all the singers and dancers on there throughout every season, well done!

I haven't seen anything of glee but as a big fan of the rocky horror picture show they definitely did the song justice
