    I would love to make this, but I do not have a Dutch oven. Can I bake it without one? Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

      Following..i am gonna try it this,way as i dont hv a dutch oven. I think we can spray the top with water to get the crunchy texture.

      Yes you can use any oven safe pot with a lid!

      Do you have a pot roast pan? Use that if you do.

      unfortunately not as it would change the texture. you'll need the full seed here! or you can just omit it :)

    Well that took a while :) on the other hand my friend makes sourdough bread and it takes her about a week to make one. I wish I had patience for baking... I'm really a decent homecook, and I like cooking but but baking for me is a quick protein banana bread or MAP packaged italian Pinsa ;)
