I feel like the last box is going to have a rick painting as we already got Daryl Carol and Maggie who as we know are the last surviving og's and us viewers know rick is alive so what if its a hint that rick is going to show up in the last episode even if its an end credit promoting Rick and Michonne
Rick hurt his hand so many times like people are saying in other comments but these are the ones I remember so one time was against Tyrese and it was still bandaged when he fought the governor, then he got it injured when the wolves attack he pulled a knife or machete out of a walker and cut him self when he was getting to the RV, then he hurt it when he had to take on the spike walker from Jadis's junk yard he stopped it getting closer to him by putting his hand through a spike on the walker head.

Rick hurt his hand in Season 6 at the RV when the hoard was heading to Alexandria. He also hurt his hand on the spiked walker at the junkyard.
The bottom one of him is Season 6. The other two of Rick is Season 4
Good stuff! Rick also hurt his hand in S6, taking down walkers on his way to the RV. He was trying to patch it up when some Wolves ambushed him.
