I put it through a program to remove the vocals. i highly recommend commissioning if one can, but I don't ever plan on streaming this on official platforms, so it isn't too much of an issue

I took the original song and ran it through a filter that removes vocals! It’s a super simple process and there’s free sites that do it! But it also isn’t the most ethical way so if you ever plan on releasing a cover for more than youtube, hiring someone to make an instrumental is a much better way to go
