I feel like this opening fits Vyke. A man who sold his soul to the flame of frenzy to save his maiden. Lost everything in the process. Was even given blessing by a dragon girl too. He basically had every quality of a chosen one but it all went to hell just because he couldn’t sacrifice his maiden. Just that one selfless act led him to hell.
