In a different game I won only because 1. Spamming and being surprised someone got caught and also because I heard Nahida's seelie. I kinda suck at being a rebel at times.
I did troll a Zhongli by jumping up and down to make them notice me those last seconds

I was hiding as a lamp in the vines around the roof of the dawn winery and the hunter literally just climbed right beside me- I have never been so afraid of Zhongli's gasps before that 😭
Yes hunters can hear you when you move. I wore headphones during the last windtrace which made it easier to hear. I love playing this game

@@eeeEEEeeeEEEEEE-eeeeeee of course you wont hear him talking in game. Your movement makes noise that the hunter can hear if they are close enough.

This event had me dying from laughter, they should make it permanent with disguises being craftable , or be able to customize a game in the teapot
Better be in a teapot. Since people could use it as exploit and access early region locked levels.
You can quit and you'll still be in the map of you login back in the game.
As someone who is new to playing windtrace, I am always the first one captured so I use the beacon and I tell everyone to follow me.

when i play as a hunter i didn't know that i should activate the favor i thought it automatically activate once i capture it i end up losing 💀

@@keneunaegbu851 ya I played tcg for the first 3 days but have avoided it since, wasn’t rlly that fun and I played for the easy primos at first but the more games I have to play for primos I just lost interest. I’ll prob go back to playing if I’m desperate for primos later down the line but it rlly isn’t that fun to play for me and some of the game mechanics just didn’t make sense or seemed unfair😅😔

0:18, my favorite map, if you have a small character like qiqi, klee, diona, nahida, there's a cliff near the hunter spawn where you can climb and hide, cause the leaves of the tree and the foliage basically covers you, the only problem is if the hunter got nthe favor and you either got spooted by insight or got frozen in place
Razor and Kazuha is the best character to use in this mode
Sprint talent combined with bunny hopping is godly when faced with Hunter
If you run as Razor or Kaeya or Heizou does everyone get their sprinting passive, including the hunter? Or is it only affecting your own player?
Sayu can hide very well too in trees

@@arsena5209 that skill also reveals u on the minimap btw. But if ur map has a multi tiered structure hiding at the very top usually is enough to confuse the hunter into thinking ur at the bottom part
the powerup is broken af. Takes you out of disguise,can't go back into disguise,shows you on the minimap and if that isn't enough it beams a light to the heavens. How much more handicapped can you get?
@@Codyburgerking the trick is to try and save your invisibility, then outrun the hunter for as long as possible. Use it at the last second before they finally catch you, and then you're no longer marked
how to win as hider: Climb and hide behind a wall (hang off the side of it, like the side of a building) or tree (to the very top corner to the roof of the "invisible" barrier)
You don't have to be an object, just hang off the side like assassin's creed. I did that in the ruins in Liyue (the one where you fight ruin guards) it worked

I once disguise as a branch on top od a branch and the hunter nearly got me if he didn't see my disguise wore off. Gotta say it's effective

This was very fun, I was playing as rebel and I wanted to be caught..
I placed a bait right infront of the seeker, he did not fall for that.
Then I grabbed the favor and ran away, still not caught.
After that I jumped on a fence and kept changing my disguise, he was so close.
At the end I walked to him and ran away, almost caught.
This was the most fun I had in a while.
That blue rooftop is already my favorite lol😂
I was a rebel and all I did was hide and we won but the results showed that I relied on others to win 😭 it's my FRIST time playing although i'm an old player but I thought the purpose of the game is to hide

That Liyue house roof was my hiding spot too. I got stuck while hiding underneath the roof trying to run away from Nilou and got caught. I was Nahida.
To answer your question if the hunter can hear the prop moving, yes, but only if you're like a meter away. That's how I found out where they were hiding once.
I got stuck in the wall when i was tryna to climb up and rebels just walk around and make fun of me :c

Some maps suck, depending on your view. Never once had a game where the hunter haven't caught everyone in record time on the Ruins map
@@FlamesAndShadows True. I manage to got play as hunter in Vimara Village map today and dude, the struggle! Manage to catch 2 rebels but failed to catch the last one because the map literally have so many things get in my way

The thing about windtrace is that somethimes, it's laggy either due to your connection or your opponent, so they sometimes jump all over the place

The last time I was low ar and my co-op mode was off bc some sort of quest I really have no idea how to play even tho I read the instructions lol

This is my first windtrace event and i had so much anxiety play this at first but it turns out that i scared most of my friends since i always won loll
I've been trying to see if all the maps are beatable with no disguises.
I've gotten to 7.
Dawn Winery, Qingce Village (Houses), Sangonomiya Shrine, Guili Plains, Suigetsu Pool, Springvale, The Chasm (this one is almost impossible and you have to pray that the hunter doesn't know about the spot)
Vimara Village (Water-Runners) and Vissudha Field (Sacrosanct Dominion) are a WIP. I've almost been successful with them, I just need to perfect them.
I do have these maps disabled as I despise them so I haven't gotten to them:
Chatrakam Cave. Qingge Village (Fields) and Konda Village.

I never win as hunter bcoz Im so laggy like every rebel is teleporting so its hard to track their real loc but earlier on my last game.. bruh i caught all of them😂. And guess what, the oldie zhongli is the toughest player to caught. Its really hard to chase him since theres too many things blocking in my way (chasm map) . So many times zhongli got near me but can't catch him. The last thing i did, i saved my catching skill and spam it the moment he's a bit far then when he literally jumping on my face. The dude obviously underestimated the situation so yeah got it him bcoz of thet.
I got stuck under the stilts in Vimara village and for 2 mins, we were just chatting cos I can't hunt them hahaha

When I play the event, I was as a hunter and using wanderer and those rebels I easy to find expect that one rebel also a wanderer and I found him and running in circle lol and I catch him and win
Also I was a rebel and I am the last standing there ye. Other rebels is catched and kinda giving me heart attack lol or panicking something like that because the hunter chasing me whole time but I still win :)
