🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

Whatever the white noise is in this video..im living for it. Idk if its intentional or not, or even a created white noise or natural..but the consistent buzz is probably my favorite white noise. Helps my brain zone out so easy. With this buzzing white noise i could stare off into the distance, zone out and sit in nothing but my own thoughts. I love this lol.

this video was super tingly!! i really love your close inaudible whispers as well as your up close whispers in general. i think the soft spoken trigger could've been really nice but it was almost too harsh? the mic peaking sort of threw me out of the relaxing effect that it was meant to give. otherwise, this was sick. keep on keeping on, thank you for your videos 💗💗
