I love the DCAU!!!
The technical ways this ride works are really cool. I love how fluidly it lifts you into the theater. The transition is almost seamless. And the way the dome is shaped creates such an immersive experience.

gosh I would never want to see the Simpsons come to an end. We'd seriously all lose something special. I mean I understand how people are saying that the Simpsons really aren't the Simpson's anymore since they've completely changed from the '90s and all...but I just love the world they give.
I gotta tell you...I WASN'T A SINGLE BIT BORED when I waited in line. Absolutely loved watching those bits of episodes and all. All and all, quite a magical experience.
Honestly the simpsons was better in 2009 too, 2023 really sucks

I think they changed one of Homer's lines.
2008 - 2010 I think had Homer say "Oh that's a load of..... AAAAAHHHH"
But newer videos (2011 - 2013 or 14 or 15 or.... nvm) has him say "Oh that's a load of crud... AAAAAHHHHHH"
This ride was just amazing! I went on it when we visited Universal back in March 2010.
This ride is excellent i came back from it today i gotta say i expected it to be lame but i went out with a smile one of my top 5

Honestly, the very end when Krusty pushes the button is my favorite part.
This ride was awesome!!! I just got back from universal 2 weeks ago & the "Simulator" rides & 3D rides are FANTASTIC!!! I don't ride huge roller coasters that go high & upside down (I'm a chicken. Lol) but these newer simulator rides & 3d rides are awesome! You feel like you're on a roller coaster & that you're going upside down & falling at times, but you're not by any means! It's a thrill ride for ppl like me, who can't handle the "real deal" & the graphics are phenomenal! Pic you go to universal, you have to check out the Simpsons ride, the spider man ride, the Transformers ride, the mummy coaster (it's not that bad), all of the Harry Potter rides! The Wizarding world of Harry Potter & Daigon alley... Ect... The shrek 4D show is great to! There's so many attractions! It's crazy! Universal is AMAZING!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I went on this ride yesterday! I loved it so much, I went on it 4 times in a row xD
It's an amazing ride. You actually feel like you're on a roller coaster, the experience is phenomenal to say the least. As mentioned, you're sitting in a pod of some sort, which vibrates and turns, however, remains still. You don not require 3-D glasses on this ride. It's indescribable, just amazing. If you go early, make this the first ride you go on, because it will be packed by noon.
This is such a helpful comment as I am scared of the actual roller coasters. Excited to go on it!

Yes, it actually feels really intense, especially the Death Drop.
I did this in LA at Universal. It is fantastic. The movements you make in the kart are not that big but the movie in front of you makes you feel like you are falling, turning etc. Funiest part is when Suicide Bob says 'this is the last time you spoiled my plans' and Bart says ' the last time you soiled your pants?'.

I loved this ride! I'm gonna try and go to universal studios a lot so I can ride this.
Im a tall guy. It was fun to look over my car and see about a dozen cars dancing around. The ride is like a giant IMAX theater. I'll miss Back to the Future, but I admit I like this ride better, but I was a fan of the simpsons for 20 years.
This ride was so exciting. I’m genuinely scared of rollercoasters: and was scared of them before I went there, but when it finished, my legs weren’t even shaking! Its so entertaining and not that scary for kids or people who don’t like rollercoasters!

I rode spiderman, transformers and gringotts. Simpsons ride is the only one that gave me motion sickness. when the ride starts you go up and the main screen is so massive and and it has this weird swirling effect on the screen that made me Immediately sick

yes, absolutely!! lol but the saving grace is that you know you aren't actually upside down or falling...it's an amazing ride and worth every minute :)

its an awesome ride, 2x today! very very active simulator action with a huge omnimax screen like Soarin, water, fog effects, smell of baby, light effects. a rare ride filled with humor

While this ride is good they should not have replaced Back to the Future with it.
I went to universal studios japan the day before yesterday and they still have the back to the future ride.
CobiVonSchweetz The one in Universal Florida does not have Back To The Future anymore. They took it down due to space (even though they actually have a lot of unused ground) and put this up instead.
I went to California and there is the simpsons and there is back to the future still
They still have BTTF ride in Universal Studios Japan, tho.

I did this a couple of weeks ago when I went to America. I knew it was a motion simulator but my word, I wasn't expecting the movements to be so violent! Fun nonetheless.
this is by far the most exhilarating ride and it's a simulator...couldn't stop laughing and shrieking the entire time! BTW, the vehicle you sit in is the same one previously used for the Back to the Future ride, which was also a hoot..but this one rocks way more. My daughter and went on The Hulk over 7 times too. SO AWESOME.
I wish they make a Family Guy ride, like a 4D ride, just like this one where your facing a big screen

Well, however. Search onride videos of Disney Hollywood Studios SW Star Tours. There are multiple films you can experience depending on in which capsule you sit. They are all great.

there was no guy head banging at 4:34. its just the ending
the thing so amazing about the ride is that it feels so real. you are completely surrounded by the cartoon. You sit in the seat but its the samething as a rollercoaster seat. and you are raised. So the seat turns and flips and jumps and you do feel the wind and it vibrates too. You are technically sitting but trust me it feels twice as better than a rollercoaster.
yess it does,your in a cart with like a half roomed screen around you,it moves with the video as well so it feels like all that is really happening.
Omg I went on this like 500 times, it's soo fun! It's very realistic, and even better if you like the Simpsons. I would TOTALLY recommend it!
Every time I go on this coaster I laugh the whole time.(one of the reasons is because that's not what happens on your average rollercoaster)

I like that ride.. It cool. Just went to universal studios a week ago, I like the part where the baby as the giant and she sticks you in her mouth. It seems realistic a little because the car your riding in is shaking back and forth like your really are in her mouth.
I would probably die from the grossout factor. Like, can't I be in Raimi Peter's mouth??? (AFAIK he's 18-20.)
