They have their own names but usually called music express

The horns and sirens add thrill to the rides ... Unfortunately more Karen's and Negative Nancy's are taking those away.

I think this is North American midways blizzard? When it was at the northern WI state fair years ago it used to have a siren, the horn, strobe light and fog machine. Now it just has the horn.
