Ohhhh I miss the Tagadà soooo much!! I used to ride it a lot when I was 14 to 17 years old here in Italy at local carnivals and I loved it!!! It was actually a lot easier to stand in the middle rather then die from centrifugal force and heavy bumps on the seats on the sides. Too bad I haven't seen it anymore in the last 10 years, maybe it got banned from Italy as well?
"Wanna go on [flat ride]?" 'No, they make me sick.' *a few minutes later* 'Hi.' "Changed your mind?" 'Honestly, I noticed that there were boobs in the artwork. Still gonna get sick af.'
It is not as impressive as it looks though. It only makes one full looping, the rest of the time is just swinging. It is still a fun ride though. Maybe I am getting too used to extreme rides haha

@@crazyyoutubeuser2444 Possibly, but most likely not. That particular ride has been in Mall of America since the park opened as Knotts Camp Snoopy in 1992. Absolutely love and appreciate this video! When it comes to spectacular flat rides, the Europeans are light years ahead of the states. Each ride is the total package with awesome light shows and sound systems blasting contemporary genres of music, often mixable on the fly, by the ride ops! Then, to top it all off, these amazing amusement devices are portable, and travel to multiple locations throughout the season! I wish American Amusement Parks would invest more in this direction. Seriously. Thanks again for showing some love to the "portable spectaculars"!
Brent Sancer I get what you meant bud. It's a known fact Europe is the best place for travelling rides. Why would we have more manufacturers building them than the states if that wasn't true. Having said that the best coaster designers amd builders are European too. America is just better at building the Parks. It's not a competition like our friend said above. It's just fact.
I went to The Shake (it was called MagnuM but it was exactly the same), and I felt TERRIFIED. When you flip or face the ground, you feel like you are going to fall because the restraints aren’t tight.

We forgive you for incorrect pronunciations! No one's perfect.
Anyway ,glad I saw this awesome channel.
I've ridden 5 of these rides...the rest I've never seen before! Cool!!
I don't know if its just me, but something about 3:18 seems kinda creepy.
That laugh in the background 😱😱
LewisLife yeah
It is
after getting too used to your usual frisbees and top spins weird shit like this looks like alien technology
It's probably because it looks like a moving dismembered arm?
For those interested: The Soundfactory got refurbished and now operates today at german Funfairs as "Parkour" under the showman Aigner. It now has stationary axis at the gondola, so that Passengers don't flip, means it is now more suitable for Not-So-Thrillseekers. ^^
It's not as fun though.
@@gerragotheallidile It surely would be more thrilling and funny, but it would severely put stress on the whole structure, due to the heavy gondolas, that used to be there
Yeah... @@nixzusehen851
The last turns up at fairs in the U.K. (England at least)
defo turns up at Hull Fair
And Scotland.
Alistair Fellowes where??? I need to know
@@okaythen7360 there's quite a few. There's one called express in the north west
Christian Moss thank you!
7:23 I’ve been on that one and it’s not even that scary lmao. The only scary part about it was that I kept squishing my friend 😂
“How many times did you throw up in the rides”
Me:yes
The Tagada is one of the most popular attractions in Spain❤️
It's popular in the UK too. Very fun ride.
Same thing in germany
I feel sick just watching this lol
Jamie Wickham me to 😨🤢
It makes me dizzy
Same! 😂
Jamie wickham yeah i know right how the frick can most of these amusement theme park slash fair rides be so really really super duper very very popular while even though most of them might make you feel sick and nausauche while watchin them and ridin them at the very same time lol ha ha ha q-: like eww 😖😵
Same
crazy train is awesome!!! It would be at my local fair every other year, each time it came back with more padding
It was so painful to ride because it only had a lap bar restraint so you would slam into the walls and whoever was next to you- but it was still my favorite fair ride as a kid because it was so insane
None of the rides of this list excited me as much as the Tagada , I really wanna try it !!
That octopus ride picture is from valley fair in Minnesota.
Amanda C: "I want to get off Tagada 1!"
Billy G: "Tagada 1 looks too intense for me!"
John E: "I'm not going on Tagada 1 - It isn't safe!"
5:03 Bro I had a full on panic attack on a normal Ferris Wheel if I rode this I'd have a heart attack
Same
...
I can ride on any of the spinning ride like the ones in the vid but I CANNOT ride a Ferris wheel without crying
Tagadas are also allowed in Germany, and Germany is one of the saver countries when it comes to safety
Du hier? 😂
Ja haha
Mexico too
Ya, i remember them being pretty tame rides, i sometimes used to ride them in my youth. But pretty funny nontheless, because you get shoved around, bumping into other passengers a lot and your feet fly into the air once in a while. ^^ It basically was the attraction that you could go to with your friends who didn't dare riding the bigger attractions.
Tagada's are the BEST! they are banned at a few fairs in the UK as they have had a few accidents but if the owners make sure that EVERYONE sits down and stops the ride if someone stands up then you can have great fun!
This just inspires me more to make my own theme park when i grow up and put in my custom rides ive thought of which are probs gonna terrifying (if i do make the rides)
14:06 I LOVE HIGH IMPRESS SO MUCH! It's a lot of fun ♥️
11:25 that is a ride that looks terrifying. 0:53
Cinema Modeoff
Jimmy Neutron Atomic Collider - Nickelodeon Universe
yeh it's especially terrifying when you're not buckled in properly, happened to my sis. Pretty much a near death experience she called it. She never went on a thrill ride again after that.
The crazy train has been at my local carnival for 2 years 2017 and 2018 and I was to short for it and I wish I was able to go on it it looks so much fun
I've ridden it, and it's a blast!
I love love LOVE TAGADA!! We often get to ride that one when fairs here in Scandinavia/Norway/ Sweden... :) its always been a fun ride!!! Good old memories!! Sad 2 see you did not have Even the ride : BREAKDANCE and this other ride...
FINALLY, somebody else likes them, it’s not just me
What????? I have literally never seen one of these in Norway. Where??
Im from the US, can someone tell me what's up with all the "sexy women" in bikinis background on almost ALL these rides? Is that the norm for other places, if so why? Curious why that theme. Here we have mostly kid friendly type themes or decor.
I live in Sweden and I have never seen anything like Tagada.
@@heather_doestruecrime can you stop asking that question please
As someone who has motion sickness I want to thank you for putting the warning in the beginning
i live in Brazil, and honestly the Tagada was one of the most tedious rides i've ever been on, but its still pretty cool anyways
Thank u so much for the warnings most videos don't do that.
Legalize the tagada
it is legal. Just not "safe" in murica eyes (and the strange thing is the murican inspection/safety for rides is one of the worst there is)
Theyre so fun to go on just go to a country where it's legal, it'll be worth it
Kieran Kincaid I live in Verona, Italy and here the tagadà is a very popular ride that is present in many festivals. It was one of the first rides I've ever ridden XD
In Chile is banned too. Many teachers i grew with has a tale of bonebreaking rather this.Probably,God willing, somebody cared to make a safer version, but now rather not, specially with th negligences
In Germany, we have a lots of them! They are themed in a lots of differnt ways! So look: ua-cam.com/video/hE5EnSr4avg/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Ktq-zALHKqg/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Q_rzbY2zpb4/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/-mzP46jRkCM/v-deo.html
Shout out to the Zipper! This one's insane! The cars spin, the track spins and the arm spins! My mom was crazy enough to go on it but not me.
There’s an in-house made attraction at a small boardwalk park in the UK called adventure Island, the ride itself is called time machine and I personally think it is one of the most insane rides I have ever been on, check it out if you were considering a second list like this
Ohhhh I miss the Tagadà soooo much!!
There’s just so many insane carnival rides for everyone to enjoy!
"Wanna go on [flat ride]?"
'No, they make me sick.'
*a few minutes later*
'Hi.'
"Changed your mind?"
'Honestly, I noticed that there were boobs in the artwork. Still gonna get sick af.'
That kind of artwork is a given for carnival rides, it seems.
Bewbs
Which number is Flat Ride?
Never thought I’d see someone compare a flag ride to a pizza... lol
I’ve been on one of Tagoda on my own and it was absolutely amazing! I hurt my back and neck but it was genuinely a great time! Would recommend!
Hard Rock 1 looks too intense for me!
Top Star Tour 1 looks too intense for me!
Booster 1 looks too intense for me!
Infinity 1 looks too intense for me!
Dragon Fire it’s not bad at all but you do get sling against the bars when it moves if your skinny
lol
OKAY- BUT WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT 10:59 💀 SKSKSKKDJSJ
That thing is insanely fun because its not confusing/spinning to much, its big and intensive. I love that thing
♾ I N F I N I T Y♾
Yeah it's crazzy
I want to ride it so much
It is not as impressive as it looks though. It only makes one full looping, the rest of the time is just swinging. It is still a fun ride though. Maybe I am getting too used to extreme rides haha
we need more like this! i love fair rides and info about them
Does every carnival ride feature woman in bikinis?
Dragon Fire Yes. Yes they do.
clickbait in real life lmao
Yes
Not the Transformer
Dragon Fire yes like in almost every ride I would go on there would always be a woman in bikinis 😂💀
12:52 it looks like golden zephyr from disney california adventure combined with sky screamer from certain six flags theme parks
Even tho I don't have epilepsy, I loooove that you put a warning before you start the video 🤍
You know you have lived your life to the fullest when you have rode 4 of these rides on this list
Tagada rides are my favorite. :) glad the UK hasn't banned them. They may look scary/dangerous but as long as u follow the safety instructions ur fine :)
Woah! This is both an Art and Science! 😯
I love this video. Even though I feel sick now lol.
jordan bermudez I think I’m gonna be sick!
Uh, actually, in the mall of america's nick theme park, there used to be a Jimmy Newtron themed Hexentanz. Named Jimmy Newtrons' atomic collider, it wasn't a carnival ride, but it is technically the type of ride you said there was only one.
I rode that in August 2015!
I believe that one was a caenival ride in an earlier life, zierer has made at least two of those rides
@@crazyyoutubeuser2444 Possibly, but most likely not. That particular ride has been in Mall of America since the park opened as Knotts Camp Snoopy in 1992. It was called The Tumbler before Nick U took over. Some people are saying it may have been at Knotts Berry Farm as the Tampico Tumbler before then.
@@SpectraNyte I remember that ride and I hated it! Kind of glad they took it down.
I’ve been on a Tagada in the UK, they’re insane, I only saw them for one year in like 2013 tho, it was really fun but terrifying when you start moving around
9:04 i rode the one at tivioli called tik tak and i got to say i wish more parks built more permanent versions of these
So you went on the kids version. It goes so slow in that park
9:36 there’s a kmg infinity (look in the top middle of the screen)
Tagada is one of my favorite rides ever. Going to ride it again this weekend!
Is it always a competition ? Also some of these rides were just renditions of existing ones we have at carnivals here in the states.
Kevin Lewis Pfffft.
Some of the rides mentioned in the video where at the Florida State fair. ua-cam.com/video/isMCBNdHAkw/v-deo.html
I drove the ghost rider and the shake at home in Berlin
I went to The Shake (it was called MagnuM but it was exactly the same), and I felt TERRIFIED. When you flip or face the ground, you feel like you are going to fall because the restraints aren’t tight.
I have epilepsy, but im still gonna watch. I hope I dont have a seizure.
Spicy Roche did you have one?
@@KoopaCoop0 probably
:0!!!! WHY?
I had a seizure went into a coma and just woke up
Lmao just kidding I was fine
Gondola is my new favorite word.
I knew the Tagada as "La Bamba" here in Brazil. I used to go all the time when I was a kid and I loved it!
Nice video and indeed some of the craziest rides on the planet. I'm lucky to live nearby a few big German cities, so I've been able to try some of these rides. Sometimes, unique doesn't mean better, but they sure give you a great time. And it often looks scarier than it actually is. Yolo and try them if you get the chance. My favorites here are speed flip, flying circus, airwolf, ghostrider, high impress and vortex. Cheers!
When he was talking about the eggs I wish he said “But it could sure scramble your brain”
I've been on a tagada like 8 years ago that thing was nuts xD It was in the uk idk if its banned now
Number 20, Knott’s Berry Farm used to have one of those called Tampico Tumbler!
And Nickelodeon Universe, as Jimmy Neutron's Atomic Collider.
