@@O5MO not sure, never done it before. But considering that most weapons have slightly different switch sounds, I'm thinking it could be done

Introducing the option to drop a health pack on death might be hard to balance, but I can't imagine it would cause source spaghetti problems. The Candy Cane already does that, as well as mods I've seen for medieval mode.
perhaps it would be better as a weapon than an option. it'd at least give the vita saw some more legs
that's how medieval mode works in casual too
