Haha... this is such a personal touch! Yes, you can absolutely add that validation too. You can do this by adding another column for the meeting time and then modifying the data validation formula for the meeting room. To ensure that the next meeting can't be booked if it's less than 1 hour before the end of the day (assuming your office time ends at 18:00), you can additional condition like this F2
