I was blown away by this presentation. Simple but so profound, and I have to agree with previous comments, 'highly professional' and I would like to add Dr. Colombo's poised, composed and intelligent demeaner couldn't be missed.

You can clearly see when a laywer is highly professional when he has profound knowledge of a topic. He has. Absolutely. There is no way he can scam applicants.

Currently I'm studying MENG Electrical And Electronic Engineering at University in Glasgow, UK. I'm looking to move to the United States after I graduate. I know the U.S holds the U.K in high regard, so I assume that my UK masters degree would be held to high respect...
1 - Because there is a shortage of Engineers in the United States, would this help my case, if applying for a NIW?
2 - Is a degree from a University in the UK okay? Or would that be ineligible, because it's not from an American University/College. It's accredited by the Institute Of Engineering technology and states on the University website that one of the benefits, is infact International travel.
    Appreciate the video, thanks!

I have MS in computer science and IT work experiences with self IT application projects and certification. Is there away to get the NIW? If not, what I should do to qualify for NIW?

Its possible, certainly. We would really need to go over this in more detail. I'd recommend that you complete the free evaluation on our web site and we can set up a consultation to discuss your application from there: www.colombohurdlaw.com/employment-green-cards/eb-2-national-interest-waiver-niw/

I just wondered if the IVY US degree is helpful in Niw process.

Would you say it is easier now to get an Eb2 NIW vs. Eb1. I have an O1 currently

Sara: thank you for your question. Not necessarily. In fact, if you already qualified for an O1, you have already established many of the requirements to qualify for EB-1A and once Premium Processing resumes, you have that benefit as well for fasting I-140 processing, but of course we would have to review your case in order to properly advise you. We have recently obtained EB-1A approvals in record time even without premium processing so do not be discouraged from pursuing this option.

What if I am a final year US Science PHD student who have few contributions for publications and my own publications, can I apply for EB-2 ?

A successful EB2 NIW rarely rests on the number of publications. Instead, the focus should be on demonstrating you are well positioned to achieve an endeavor of substantial merit. Certainly, we have represented many clients in your situation but we would need to sit down and talk with you about the specifics of your endeavor and other qualifications in order to determine whether you would appear to have a viable case.
