I appreciate you making those of us that shy away from the camera feel more confident. There is hope for decent photos if I pose properly.
This was BY FAR the best posing tutorial I’ve seen in videos or writing. It’s actually usable guidance for people wanting to look better without looking like they’re playing model. And the two frame angles throughout is also a great bonus. I’m stoked, actually, about finding this video because this content creator is awesome (never saw any other videos of hers before) and I can identify with her ADHD and body image stuff. A quick scan of the titles on her channel looks like there’s a lot of good stuff here 🥳 thank you!!

Seriously I've needed these. I've always avoided pictures, but I've been losing weight lately and have a deeper love for my body through the journey. We have a family vacation coming and I want the memories cemented in photos, including me! So this helps me feel like I will present myself as I see myself. Body language, relaxed royal, confidence. I think, you look amazing! I hate pictures of myself, because, I think, I look terrible on them. I have that feeling for a really long time. I was very slim when the feeling started and now I am not that slim anymore and the feeling got even worse. So don't let your own thoughts win. You are amazing, pretty and wonderful person... with or without that few extra pounds! 💖

I love the way you teach, which makes it really easy to understand what makes the pose work, and which will ease the guiding of a non model client into great bodylanguage that flatters a portrait. I would really have loved to se how you position your feed in poses, but that is just a detail :o)
