FYI you need to use the Magsafe cable on the macbook to get it to see the 140w. The thunderbolt ports only support upto 100w. That being said the 14" model as you mentioned cant fully utilize the 140w charger anyway. And in all seriousness, you would really have to be hammering the 16" model and trying to fast charge it at the same time to see 140w of draw
The Anker 737 is $10 more, has two 140W USB ports, and 140W bidirectional charging. The only downside is that it appears to be incompatible with some devices.
@@mas921 Seems it's available via crowdfunding only. It only has one USB-C port capable of 140W output, the other one is 45W. Max input is 100W, instead of 140W. It does have more capacity 100wh vs 86.4wh. That's what I can see on paper. The real test would be whether it can sustain 140W output until it is drained without overheating. Some power banks end up throttling wattage to manage heat. We also don't know how efficiently it can output power. It's very possible that the extra capacity is wasted due to inefficiency. I would avoid buying anything from crowdfunding sites. A lot of projects are utter crap that mislead the consumer with creative marketing.
I have a Samsung s22 ultra and it charges with 8.5 v and 1.7 a, i.e. 14 w when the phone supports 45w. Can you please tell me how much you charge? The phone battery is at 55% and charging with 14w. It has moments when it closes. Do you have such problems? Thank you
