Before I Scarify/Topdress/Overseed should I buy a Moss/Weed killer and put it down now and renovate it next month? Is this good idea? Need some advice. If so, anything of yours you'll recommend
Such a great transformation, I do wonder why overseeding never works for me. I put down the seed fertiliser, i put down the seed, i topdress with topsoil… yet if i dont cover every single seed… it just will not come through.

I’ve just moved to a house with a massive garden but it’s over run by clovers and weeds although once cut it does look quite good but there isn’t much grass so could look 100x better. Thanks Dan. Reckon my lawn is a rye fescue mix...very fine which I reckon is fescue and thicker rye which seems similar to your lawns.
