This funny and lighthearted review truly made my morning! After receiving the vest as a gift, I was curious about the cooler pockets, and this review delivered just the reassurance I needed. Not only do I feel better about my vest, but I also started my workday with a few much-appreciated chuckles. Thank you!
Another chucklesome and heart-warming (literally) vid. As I am morphing into said granny (ok, grandpa - there are some things even age doesn't quite wither-away, thanks Boris!) (NB: other politicians are available - in droves). A great start to the nude year (though perhaps one should wear more than just be in the rorororo). Anyway to be serious - thank you Mr G for your excellent vids hitherto and for this great start to 2021 - we need it and your channel is both informative and uplifting like a mellow glass of port (well, the label can be informative). Great to see you on-form again and to know you survived your chimney antics - was concerned whilst watching that, though we rather assumed you had posted once safe. Anyway, digressions aside, Happy New Year - stay healthy please and continue your excellent vids please - and thank you! [Was that good enough, Mr G, Sir - will I receive my cheque?] :)
I’ve been using my Ororo vest for 3 winter seasons now on the original battery. It’s my favorite winter gear. I put it on over my t-shirt & put my hoodie over the vest. This keeps the heat close and trapped.
My wife bought one from a car boot sale , new never used and she didn’t no what the wire was for , I looked then clicked on , heated body warmer, got the battery pack plugged in,,, bobs your uncle, watching this video has just reminded me , I have one ,,, forgot all about it , handy for walking the dog at night cheers buddy , Shane uk 🇬🇧
I was thinking clay pigeon or air rifle shooting. But I'm not sure that the sort of person who goes pheasant shooting these days still fits the posh stereotype. I think it's all corporate these days. Or mostly, anyway.

What a kind thing to write, thank you! Lovely to think it caused a chuckle or two.

What a kind post - thank you very much, Seb. And a happy new year to you too; let’s hope the vaccine arrives soon.

Thanks. Fit was bang on for me.
@@arlo.guthrie Thank you
What size is your vest ? Thank you ~
Hi, It's marked EUR or USA XL (or Asian XXL).
Where can you buy replacement batteries?
Direct from Ororo: www.ororowear.com/collections/battery-charger
This fella sounds posh I thought, and I was right! "People who go shooting, for example"

@@arlo.guthrie yeah, corporates, weddings and parties.
Great review. Thanks for sharing.
Is this the ororo Gobi or dune vest?
Neither! It's the classic men's. www.ororowear.com/products/men-heated-vest-black
I'm pretty sure it would take an actual nuclear reactor for me to stay warm. But this seems like a good start.
Actually, it is. I've had one of their jackets for months and it's been beyond amazing.
Cost?
Think I paid $149 in a sale, now $169.99.
good god man, get to the point
