Same over here. I've watched TS3 one more than 12 times, I'll tell ya that.
One of the main differences between the sims 4 and older games is that older games have a punishment system whereas the sims 4 has a reward system. For example, in the sims 3 not finishing toddlers skills would punish you by not letting you pick a trait whereas in the sims 4 finishing the toddler skills can reward you with one of two traits depending on how far you got. Some people hate the reward system and some people love it, I personally would like a mix of the reward system and the punishment system in the next sims game. I really like collecting as many reward traits as possible.

As of Growing Together there is at least one punishment trait for sims who were unhappy as infants.
If a sim has a paranormal investigator license and has a good enough relationship with the grim reaper they can ask to join the soul reaper society. Sadly grim always says no :(
Yep, my mom gave me the 'woohoo talk' a bit before the actual 'woohoo talk' in school (elementary school, they had local doctors and nurses come in and give it) so that I'd be prepared and wouldn't spend the entire time embarrassed. Instead, just slightly embarrassed but also really interested in what the nurse was saying was actually happening with my body. As a kid, I appreciated that neither party used stories or anything. They legit just went "here's how the body works" and it was the right approach for me in 5th grade.

Fun fact: the "Listen to Space Launch" option turns to "Listen to Space Woohoo" if your other sim is woohooing someone else 😂

I laughed so hard when I saw that option. One of my sims is a writer so frequently uses the computer, so I stumbled on it by accident but I can see why most people don't get to see it show up

Okay, hear me out for this idea.
The sims 4, but every room is a different (room).
You put together the outside, room setup and doors, then pick a random room and spin the wheels made up of any rooms you would normally put in a house, e.g. Kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, living room, study ect.
You’re not allowed to change the doors or create or delete walls. This way, the bathroom might be in the space meant for the hallway, and the bedroom might be in the 2 x 2 space for the bathroom. Have a nice day!

I never got the woohoo talk from my parents. I legit learned it through tv and internet. It is even worse that I teach my mother about some things that she never heard about so I still get my embarrassment that way.

I have literally NEVER realized some of these even existed in TS4, it's insane. I have seen them, but never conciously noticed, like the toddler eating, monster under the bed, space launch, swimming Grimm and pranks during sunbathing? My sim had a smiley face on her tummy after sunbathing in Sulani literally just yesterday and I changed her bikini in CAS because I though it was caused by broken CC :D
I love how when it's details found in the sims 2 or 3 she's like "YEAH RIGHT SIMS 4 YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT!" but when it's details in the sims 4 she's like "oh I never noticed sims 2 and 3 couldn't do that, sweet" 😂

3:39 I have a bed with drawers under it so there is no way something is under my bed but I’m still scared and when I have a bunk bed with a dest under it at night I was terrified most days I couldn’t even leave my bed until someone came in my room

I still love the last asking Grim's career in my game. I froze seven extended family members the day before Winterfest and then two on Winterfest. One was accidental. The reaper said his business was increasing, but my Sim already knew that.
This is the second time I’ve watched this and I just realized how adorable her headphones are. I love that colour
Sims 4 gets so much hate (for good reasons too) but there's also so much unappreciated details in the game. Appreciate your game devs, not EA.

Never had the woo-hoo "talk." It was more of an ongoing conversation in my house growing up. My mom would just give us age appropriate answer to whatever questions we had.

I have a mod that I found that shows handedness in the traits section. As a lefty it’s always great to find fellow left handers, even if they are sims.
Omg "bring Sasha back to life" almost made me start crying. My grandpa bought me a border collie for my 7th birthday and I named her Sasha. She was an amazing dog, and no longer with us because I am 32 and dogs just don't live quite that long.

I keep noticing in videos like this where Simmers didn't know so many features from the Sims 4 existed. IMO this proves so many people won't even give Sims 4 a chance they play it for a couple hours and shut it off for weeks. I was one of those players until I decided I've spent so much money on this game I'm not going to buy any more packs until I decide if it's worth it. I disabled and re-enabled my packs one at a time until I had fully explored their features and had a blast there were so many moments where I said to myself I don't think I've ever had this much fun playing Sims. It is a great game extremely different from 2 or 3 and your play style may have to change a bit to fully enjoy it, but who said they ever set out to make the games similar. The original director of the Sims 4 actually said she wanted more story telling and control for this reiteration. That comes with less game taking over the story for you moments, but if people spent more time playing the game instead of complaining about it they would have already found the play style that works for them. So many Let's Players of the Sims 4 are STILL, after YEARS of Let's Plays posted EVERYDAY, enjoying it very much creating their own stories but you have to figure how to use your imagination with this game🤷♀️

Sims 4 is genuinely good and almost addictive even with it's flaws. But everyone just wants sims 3.

i love how this video was posted today and they mentioned the cowplants not dancing to music anymore and in the Sims 4 patch released today it says:

In a previous video, you also mentioned that the repo sim wasn't in the sims 4. I started up a rags to riches and didn't pay my water bill and guess who showed up! XD

My sister gave me the woohoo talk when I was about 8 (she would've been 15/16). It made sense to me, but too much sense. I thought it'd be more complicated than tab A going into slot B, so it was kind of disappointing just how simple it was.
3:38 honestly same, that's why I got rid of my bed frame. Now I just use the mattress and box spring. And actually I found out I much prefer being closer to the floor.
I use the walks a lot. It adds character to sims like serial romantic get the sexy walk and so do mermaids because mermaids are beautiful queens of the sea (I have a multi family mer game right now) male sims that are athletic get the swagger walk. I use the creepy walk if I make a really scary vampire.
THE NEWEST UPDATE: cowplants can now dance again!

Also! Another cool feature. Depending on their mood when they go to bed. If their sad they will cry. If they were playful they will laugh while sleeping!

my imaginary monster in the bed got fueled by my brother who used to grab at my legs when I stood on the open backed stairs to the attic. (which I realize now is mostly just incredibly dangerous) but to this day I have an issue with open stairs and since I know how getting your ankles grabbed feels it made the monster under my bed all the more scary.
I literally watched all of them from both of the channels yours and his and like I just re-watched his like 1 million times and then the first video that you made reacting to his I was like oh my gosh yes I just re-watch the boat because they’re just phenomenal chefs kiss

I don't think I ever got the "woohoo talk" from my parents, I guess they suspected what we got up to on the internet. I do remember, however, when my younger sister went away for a weekend by a lake with her first boyfriend (she was around 18 at the time), and my dad looked at her and went somethink along the lines of "I don't want to be a grandpa yet". That was basically their parenting style 😂😂😂
Relating to number 13: I had a house of 4 teenagers in the sims 4 and when I first started playing that household I had them do their homework and 3 of them changed into their swimsuits, sat on the edge of the pool and did their homework when there were plenty of other spots to do their homework

The big stuffed animals don’t just get upset is you got them they also get upset if you don’t talk or play with them.
I also have a similar fear of dangling my foot over the bed but its only because I've seen too many movies and creepypasta youtube videos of strangers hiding in people's houses that reinforced all my childhood terrors about dark spaces under the bed lmao

I saw a tiktok some time ago. It was a guy saying that simlish is just French with an American accent. He said some random sentence in said accident and it sounded like simlish I was mind blown. I even translated the sentence to make sure it was French and it was. So, I was wondering if anyone that could speak French could listen to sims speak and see if they can translate it and see if what they’re saying make any sense.

Closest I ever got to a Woohoo talk was when I asked my mom what bull testicles was and why the Fear Factor people were so disgusted to eat it. The real Woohoo talk came from a fellow 6th grader at the back of the bus. They knew way too much about Woohoo for that age, but was still so wrong.

My favorite feature in the Sims 3, being friend with death. Just waving, talking to him or drinking a coffee is hilarious especially right after the death of a family member. It makes no sense but is really fun to do 😂
