I'm on Hyperos based Android 14 decrypted rom...I want to go another rom which is Android 13 based decrypted rom...Can i go just by wipe dalvik/art cache, data, metadata & cache(Not wiping all)

Bhai iska 11.0.1 beta ki jagah 11.1 ka beta update aa gaya he waha toh 11.1 wala install kar sakte he ya nhi abhi ko

Bhai me abhi 5 saal purana phone use kar raha hu ane me new phone lene ki soch raha hu and meri priority custom rom + processor + camera hai so mi 11x me bahut sare roms available hai and latest phone ki baat kare to redmi note 13 pro abhi hai jisme camera + processor + custom rom support bahut hai to kya mujhe note 13 pro lena chahiye yaa fir mi 11x?
