Forefather is a pagan metal band from Surrey, England. Forefather was formed in September 1997 by brothers Wulfstan and Athelstan. Whereas many Scandinavian bands are guided lyrically by their Viking heritage, Forefather frequently look to England's Anglo-Saxon roots for inspiration.
