As an outside observer, this was actually quite funny-- trying to come off as cool and hip but in fact it was shitty-- I'm not convinced that papa Mac is NOT doing some sort of Sam Hyde-esque performance art here.
This is just me over analyzing this performance I'm sure and in reality Mac just doesn't give a fuck. But this probably a statement of all the rap artist that just turn on the song and rap over it. Mac knows he's a real musician but he's poking fun at all the so called "artist" of this generation.
