Why not have bloopers and out-takes at the end of the show-before the credits-instead of during the show? That way, we'd know they're separate from the real episode. I'd stay to the end just to watch them. I liked seeing the bloopers and out-takes on the DVD's. This is the first time I've heard of an in-take.
@@virginiaconnor8350 These intake videos aren't official, the creator of this video has taken the outtakes and edited them into the part of the episode it's from.
They all immediately start cracking up in the full outtake. The subtle editing to linger on the frame here just long enough to make the transition plausible is underappreciated.
Ryan. Sit down, listen Very carefully. You must make as many of these as possible do you hear? Not a couple, not a few, I must see as many as humanly possible. You have stumbled on a block of gold and you have a duty to dig it out in its entirety.
Lol, this masterpiece. This is like Community-levels of good. Like Worf realized what he was about to say and just was like, "y'know, never mind" and walked off, and then O'Brien randomly chimed in to be like, "no, I see what you were saying, Captain" in this weird, confused social faux pas way. Awesome!
It's funny how Colm Meaney is one of the biggest stars from TNG and he was basically just a random crewmember for most of his TNG run. I think the Cardassian episode is when O'Brien became a much bigger character, leading eventually to DS9.
When you think about it, he was the only cast member to be in every post-TOS series, if you follow the timeline. He was in the pilot for TNG, DS9, and VOY. Too bad they couldn't get him in the pilots for DSC or PIC.
In all seriousness from that ep... why would Picard... a captain of a space faring organization that meets countless alien species... expect a Klingon or an Android to have played with Ships in Bottles "as boys"... ?
Why would he think anyone did that, even other Earth humans his age? Putting ships in bottles is a pretty niche hobbies and not one associated with children.
Worf grew up on Earth, but as his adoptive parents the Rozhenko's say "everything had to be Klingon" It'd have been nice if he had some sort of Earth culture as part of his character.
It cut out one of my favorite lines in the series that can be taken out of context and a missed opportunity for an INtake. Picard: "Have you never dreamed of climbing inside the bottle?" Riker: "Yes sir, all of season 1."
"I never played with Bort" - Worf Bort was a famous human in this century who played with the very few lame kids who built ships in bottles. This is according to Wookiepedia.
Oh god it completely changes the "I did sir" line so much LOL
He was so proud of admitting it too. LOL!
I DIEDDDDD
Rikers creepy smile too damn
He is a Catholic though
Clearly in the Priesthood before Starfleet
Worf: "I never played with boys."
Alexander: "It's true, and he rarely visits either."
Ah that was mean 😆
he's the frasier crane of star trek
Oh set phasers to "burn" lol
To be fair, Worf had his hands full saving the Klingon Empire and fighting the Dominion.
Ouch.
"I did, sir."
*Awkward stares*
"... Thank you, Mr. O'Brien."
That's when O'Brien was promoted.
That's the real reason they shipped him off to some deep space station near Bajor
The best part is that Riker was getting a kick out of it judging by his face.
@@KappaKiller108
Good idea!
Only children were Jake sisko and nog
"I did, sir." lots of boys...we were such rascals back then.
God bless CBS for scanning the outtakes in HD, too.

@@virginiaconnor8350 This channel calls them "In-Takes" because they're presented as if they were left in.
The air of "Do we finish this scene or not?" after Worf flubs the line is amazing.
They all immediately start cracking up in the full outtake. The subtle editing to linger on the frame here just long enough to make the transition plausible is underappreciated.

This. This, right here.
This is brilliant.
Agreed. Wholeheartedly. OH MY GOD THIS IS HUMANITY'S GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT.
100%. Yes. All the yesses.
No joke man, keep these up and your page will explode
Yes Ryan, this is very important, we cannot stress this enough
I always thought that "Keep me posted" was professional lingo for "That sounds like something that is your problem."
Honestly, I thought Riker was having flashbacks to the Iconian incident.
data's line: "i was never a boy" should have been kept
Except in this it should be "and I was never a toy."
Feel free to do the work to make your own.
And i was never a ship
That would screw up the O'Brien response
LOL, yes!
"I never played with boy.."
That's not gonna hold up in a court of law there, wrinkle-head
And O'Brian proudly admitting he did is totally admissible
...and we won't even talk about what he did with his Targ.
Now we know why Alexander never wants to visit.
Worf: “I never play with boys”
Alexander: “Tell me about it”

Yea dude he and Worf have the most appearances in all. I forget who is first tho.
@@simondaniel4028 Gotta be Michael Dorn, right? He was in all of TNG and half of DS9's run pretty much.

The one where Ensign Ro Laran left the Enterprise to join the Bajoran Resistance?
“I did sir”

OK, I'm already addicted to this.
Same here
This is my second one. First one was laforge and worf high giving each other. Looking forward to the next did... Laforge Tries Too Hard.

Picard: "Have you never dreamed of climbing inside the bottle?"
Riker: "Yes sir, all of season 1."
Amazing how good these actors are for keeping their discipline through that mistake.
They apparently didn't, but they do in this edited version.
I love this as when Worf messes up his line it breaks Patrick and Brent. I have no idea how they got back to work after that.
Dear god, I need about 100 more of these. These are fucking fantastic.
You got your wish
2024 reporting in. Good news!
Picard just seemed like he felt so vindicated when O'Brien chimed in.
Okay. The highfive and this made me sub. Can't wait for more!
I've got an idea for a blooper for you, the one where Frakes goes "Tracy!", It's from the end of the episode 'Parallels
'.
Well you got your wish: ua-cam.com/video/-HqSH2HYA8g/v-deo.html
Riker: "Did you really, O'Brien?"
O'Brien: "Gods, no."
Riker: "Suck up."
I think it's time to alert the FBI of Mr. O'Brien. I mean, the Space FBI... obviously...
*Worf:* I never played with boys.
*Data:* I was never a toy... except that one time with Kivas Fajo.
This was my favorite TNG blooper and you just made it funnier! Please do some Intakes of TOS soon!
I really expected Data to say "I was never a boy" or something along those lines. Very surprising because that line basically writes itself, no?
He does. It's edited out.
It was probably not kept because Data says his line after Worf.
I don't normally laugh at other people's jokes but you got me when he said "I did, sir."
He’s asking an android whether or not he played with bottles in ships when he was a boy.
We need moooooore. So clever and amazing. Well done!!
My favorite one. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this work in the actual scene.
Thank you.
Rikers face when Obrien says I did sir, lol!
"I did, sir."
This is one of those ideas that make you pissed off that you didn't think of it.
Worf does not pause simply because he misspoke. His slipup reminds him of his tenure as a young soccer player...
I haven't laughed at a piece of intentional writing as hard as I did this edit
Worf: “I never played with bo…”
Picard: “I heard what you said”
This is some of your best work sir
This was the funniest thing I’ve watched all week! These edits are masterful!
This was beautiful, thank you!
riker's eye-roll really sells it
"O'Brien, you magnificent brown-noser!"
Kinda feels like watching the orville!
That's why he was playing with Julian so many times. Makes perfect sense
"I did, sir."
"... Thank you, Mr. O'Brien."
Captain's Log: Make sure this O'Brien never leaves the transporter room.
"Keep me *a* posted."
"I never played with Bort."
"Excuse me, my son is also called Bort."
O'Brien did?!
Suddenly, with these intakes everyone looks like they are trying not to crack up.
What's even more funny us the actual "ship in a bo- oh good lord" when he realized just who was going to accompany him hahahahaha
ok at first you know what line is coming so you're not laughing... until O'Brien says "I did, sir"
Perhaps the internet wasn't a mistake.
These are the best and keep making them forever.
Oh I am so glad you did this one!
0:48 - this would have been a good opportunity for an overdub of "i never played with bo--" just before they fade out
So this is where the "good lord, didn't anybody here" comes from :D
Narrator: But it was *not* the secondary power bus. In fact, for the next three decades of O'Brienn's career, it was *never* the secondary power bus
"I did, sir. His name is Julian."
"I never played with Bort" - Worf
Bort was a famous human in this century who played with the very few lame kids who built ships in bottles. This is according to Wookiepedia.
You sir have earned a subscriber! Let there be more!
Worf is adamant he never played with boys.
0:37 lol it’s like Riker’s trying not to laugh at him 😆😆😆
This may be the best thing ever! Subscribed!
it just gets better every time I view it
"I never played with boy-"
*Flashes back to the soccer match where he killed a kid*
0:34 Data is surprised that Worf doesn’t “play with boys”
This is my new favorite thing
Trek is so much more like real life now.
Playing with boys. Great fun!
O’Brien is the only one that hasn’t been type cast and has secured various film roles out side of the Star Trek franchise
They left out the part where Data said, "I was never a boy."
the trek we need.
This is the funniest one. I didn't just "LOL", I actually literally laughed out load. XD
This is some fine work.
I like these, thanks Ryan.
Extra points for the obrian line
You Sir just made my day, this is hilarious!
This was the laugh I needed! Thank you😂
plaaayin'
playin' with the boys
Thank you Ryan. You are doing the lord's work.
The original outtake for this one is hilarious though. haha I would have kept that part in too. lol
Keiko's gonna be devastated to find out
the comradery of these two men whom had built ships in bottles, Thats why Picard saw O'brien off himself when he transferred over to DS9\terok nor.
Lmao, by cleverly cutting out that O'brien line right after the transport, you completely changed what the "I did sir" line means!
Funniest stuff I have ever seen on YT. Thanks Ryan!
J. Blasy he turned himself into a pickle!
Another one that beats Blockpirat.
Omg this might be the best one haha
Miles always did have a needs to take a seat kinda vibe.
Dear Ryan. You are a genius. Thank you! =D
Oh man. Thank you for that 🤣🤣🤣
0:38 The reason Picard came to see O’Brien off to DS9 in transporter room 3.
Looking forward to more of these!
WHEW!! MAN, THAT WAS CLOSE!!!

Keiko: Miles, i am filing for divorce
These are great!
I wouldn't chuckle at a Klingon either.
I will never see O'Brien in the same way again
O'Brien is the true hero here.
Picard should have asked Geordi. It's not a ship in a bottle, but he did build a model of _HMS Victory_ and left it in Engineering.
