Mask don’t protect her from getting it! It’s to protect others in case she has it. Someone speaking to her can spit saliva while talking to her and it just takes on droplet to land in any exposed skin

Yeah, all restrictions were lifted here in March. Life is normal again.
Also, we never wore masks outside. Just indoors, in stores and such. So, I get why people maybe look at you. But no one cares if you do wear a mask. I think we were all just glad to not have to wear one again.
Many countries are going through the sixth wave with the BA2 variant so wearing a mask is an easy way you can protect yourself and others
If the mask makes you feel better wear. I live in state that has never enforced mask wearing.

Obviously wear the mask if you feel comfortable doing so, but I find it so strange people wear masks outdoors in the US haha. It’s literally pointless doing so, from a scientific POV..
I'm in Canada and we've still been getting snow. I wear the mask outside because it keeps my face warm against the wind :P
