IF anxiety or worry is lowering your quality of life to the point that you are no longer experiencing joy or happiness in much of anything...go see a professional counselor or therapist who can help you develop coping skills, monitor your anxiety, and if needed refer you to a medical professional for further support.

I have really bad anxiety and its like you said, I feel like I want to hide. What I do is I focus in my brain and think about the "now" rather than whats going to happen or could happen. Take deep breathes and also remember that most of the time people are too busy thinking about themselves to judge you or catch your mistakes. Hope this helped :)

This was great, thanks, I have been researching "children and anxiety" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Quonfen Anxiety Adirondacks - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my colleague got great results with it.
