The geese do look beautiful in the pond, I know you guys have waited for this moment. Nugget seemed to be happy at the pond😁Thanks for sharing this special moment with us all. Have a great day!
It was so great to hear Brooke laughing and getting excited, enjoying the antics of the geese and the Emu’s. They are so beautiful in the water. Another dream come true ❤
Jason , I understand how you could be frustrated by not having all the tools loaded to install gates. But here's a different perspective. Just think how much time would have been dedicated to searching for those tools if you had not previously organized the tool area. You could have spent at least one full day just searching. It was fun seeing Brooke helping herd your gaggle of feathered babies. Do not be surprised if one morning you see white feathered beauties floating on the pond - on their own terms, of course. At the end of the video I was shocked Jason was able to lie to The Boss Lady Peaches with a straight face! That one infraction could lead to many extra belly rubs and treats. Just saying.
You two have such a loving, caring, respectful, prized relationship as husband and wife and best friends. Everyone can see clearly how much you like and admire each other. You lead by example and offer so much more than I think you realize. Watching your channel is so rewarding and insightful on how a good marriage should work. And you have set the example for MaryCarl to choose the right husband. This is so very important in life. Please keep on doing what is right & kind. The world needs more examples like you.
Nugget was shooing the geese out of HIS pond! LOL! Holly was running along the outside of the fence saying, " You're doing it wrong!! Do it like this, NO....go the other way!!!! Now come back around......NO....go back to the left, now the right!! You should let me in there to show you how it is done!!! LOL! God Bless!
AWESOME! This was so beautiful watching them float around! They have no idea how much they are going to enjoy this pond! Especially when it gets hot! I can’t wait for the day you walk down there and see wild ducks swimming around! What a sight that will be. 💕 Thank you Jason and Brooke! And Brooke, I’m so glad you’re feeling better!🥰 still praying for you. 🙏🏼 This made my morning coffee so much more enjoyable. Lots of hugs and love to you all! ❤️
If you can get the geese and ducks in the lake paddock it would save you both having to fill the plastic ponds for them every day...I wonder if when you transfer them you take away all their facilities from the old pasture. It might give them a king size hint that it's time to move.
As you were driving out of the barn, I was remembering how much you and Brooke have accomplished over the past year. A barn that is finished inside and out, new fenced pastures and a newly drilled well, very impressive. A look back over the time since you took over this new property with all that you have managed to do leaves me amazed. Hoping 2024 blesses you, Brooke(health answers and healing) and Mary Carl with abundance of peace in all things, abundance of provision and unlimited joy. MERRY CHRISTMAS!🎄🎄🎄
Holly was outside the fence thinking, “Jason! Come by! Brooke, “away to me!!” “Walk up, walk up!” Oh what fun! Easier than herding cats, anyway! Good to see you out and about more, Brooke. That’s a good trick for turning in those gate hinge screws. I’ve seen so many folks frustrate themselves over that task.
That was a heck of a lot of fun to watch 😂. You guys make my life happy. Your laughter and consistent positivity is absolutely infectious. Best wishes and love. Have a great day. Y’all be good 🥰
Brooke, it depends on your autoimmune diagnosis. A lot do not have an exact med. Lupus does. Changing diet (a lot of veggies) really helps…foods that do not trigger inflammation.
Lectins only come from plants. Lectins produce inflammation. Peel veggies and don’t eat their seeds to reduce lectins. Read No Grain, No Pain by Dr Peter Osborne.
Hollie has to bring you so much joy. She exudes happiness in every thing she does. She is living her best life with the person she adores. Makes me smile EVERYTIME I see her.
Can't wait till they have goslings and take them down to.teach them to swim. Give them time. In the summer they will definitely spend their time on the pond.
This will be the start of a whole new routine for the geese! They look beautiful floating around! Goldie sure likes that area! Glad you’re feeling better, Brooke - hopefully more of a diagnosis comes soon!🙏🏻❣️
Jason you are such a amazing support for Brooke she definitely needs it more now than ever! I have been dealing with this for almost 7 years now it no walk in the park! Brooke im glad you are taking it one day at a time that's all we can do in this club that no one wants to be a member of! Stay strong they will figure you out and once you have a answer it does help a lot! Love the pond and all the babies that are enjoying it! Sending healing prayers your way. Stay strong family!!! 🥰💙💜
Jason from Sow the Land up in North Carolina is having a 'go round' trying to install his fencing so we sent him to check on your project. Love your detailed explanations. 😊 PS.. Thanks for pointing out that little critter was a juvenile Lady Bug 🐞 Gotta protect those good critters.
Jason and Brooke, this was a wonderful surprise! What really surprised me the most was Sheriff trying to direct the geese out of the water. 😂😂 The pond is looking beautiful especially when the geese are swimming around and Sheriff Nugget being the Life Guard on Duty 🤗🌞 Great job on the fence gate. Good to see Brooke feeling better 🥰 Have an awesome day and see you Live tomorrow
It was so good to see Brooke out and feeling better. I know seeing the geese out in the pond made her heart happy even if it was a short time. I believe that over time they will enjoy the pond if you take their pools away, they will go down to the pond to "bath".
😂❤❤😂 the geese tush's making their way 😂😂 sooo adorable! It just makes a heart smile to see how much you all love of the babies on the farm .. Nugget walking with you both is just sooo sweet
I am so happy that Brooke is feeling better! I don’t really post much, but I want you all to know that I really enjoy all of your videos! And I love all the animals!! I wish your family a merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year ❤
Jason you would make a great teacher. I hope eventually you could teach a small gardening class for elementary school aged children. You and Brooke know how important it is to get the next generation interested in gardening. Maybe an interactive book. A book that comes with seeds. A family can do it together. What a great gift that would be.
Hey Jason, often when I work on repeated projects, I will forget a part or tool too. I would never think negative of any of the hard work you perform. I just think, we are all in the same wagon. We all do the same forgetful things because we are so busy doing, doing, doing. You and Brooke are not afraid to work.
Such a sweet update on the farm. 🥰 I loved seeing Nugget, Goldie and the Geese checking out the pond. The Geese will love it once they acclimate to the change. My heart is so happy seeing Brooke feeling more energetic. I send prayers of continued blessings for her healing. 🙏🏽💓💐
Oh my goodness Jason, the pond is coming to fruition. The feathered friends are going to love it!! Brooke, you’re my warrior. Continue to get out there at your pace and farm out!! Love y’all ❤
Jason it don't matter what kind of mood I'm in you make me laugh with your funny little quirks and comments you are a wonderful man I'm praying for Brooke and you also God bless take care
Oh my, what a wonderful day this has been for everyone. To watch your dreams for your beautiful animals come to life after all your hard work and dedication to them. What a fantastic life you have given all your animals ❤️. OXOXO to you and all your family and animals ❣️
I am so glad to see we are not the only people that forget tools when working on a project! The geese looked so good on the pond and yes they will get use to it in time. I also loved how you kept the truth about moving them to the boss lady Peaches. lol Great video as always.
I guess some of them just don't know how to goose. Give em time. They might figure it out. I see that Nugget knows how to goose! He'll teach em. Kind of a rough start but it was very entertaining!
What an awesome video! Brooke is feelin better, and she helped get the emus and geese to the pond. What an awesome sight! Loved every minute of this video! So happy for the feather babies! 🪿🪿❤Can't wait til they all get used to it. God bless.😊❤
Brooke, steroids will make you feel like you could build a house in a day. Don’t build that house girl, you will feel it down the road. It’s good to feel better, but remember it is false energy in a sense. So when the course is over you will want to have rested so you aren’t too sore. Just a warning from part of the sisterhood who lives with autoimmune issues. More good news though. Once you see a rheumatologist and get a firm diagnosis, there are some really great new infusions available for the long term. They will get you to feeling so much better, I promise, but it will take rest and patience. And most of all, give yourself the grace to go slowly in your journey. I think of it like this. Autoimmune disorders are the universe telling us to enjoy each and everyday, at a nice slow and steady pace, not wide open. When I remind myself of this and give myself the grace to take my time, I still have all the joy I’ve always had. I just don’t get it all on Monday. I spread it out through the week! I wish you joy on your journey. This can still be your best year and your best life 🫶
What a great explanation of how to cope with autoimmune diseases! In a way, I am lucky, because my back will not let me overdo. I can work for 15-20 minutes, then have to sit for half an hour or so. It is all relative.
One day soon, those geese will appreciate the pond. That gaggle really stays together...great teamwork by the geese. Goldie seemed to like it a lot. Holy just wants to play and will tell Jason that every day. Glad to hear Brooke is better and pray she will be good after stopping the steroids.
So glad Brooke is feeling better. Praying that the tests and visit with the specialist will help solve the mystery. Jason, I’ve been watching you for several years, since the Little Cog days of Nugget doing the morning zoomies. You and Brooke have made so much progress getting the Cog 40 the way you want it. What are your next dreams?
I wished I could hire a couple of hands to help you pull that fence, not out of sympathy for Brooke, but because I was wanting so badly to see this happen! Thanks so much! It made my day!
I love how you talk to the animals like they are your best friends. They love you and that’s for sure. Happy place for animals and cats and dogs. Praying for Brooke and dealing with pain and weakness. I can empathize with her because I deal with it myself for years. Every day is different. ❤ from Texas.
27:23 Holly on the far fence line doing her best to help! 33:45 The geese heading back reminds me of the Seven Dwarves marching along singing "Hi Ho!" but instead of work, it's "Back to our pasture we go!"
Sooo glad to hear Brooke is feeling better. I definitely understand your concerns. Still amazed every day at how quickly you have been able to acclimate your wonderful menagerie from Cog Hill to Cog Hill 40. They love it.
Good morning Jason and Brooke, all we want for Christmas is for Brooke to keep on feeding better. Jason you’re going to need a clipboard checklist at your workbench or use an Alexa Checklist on your phone, we all need one meg of extra memory, it happens to me when I go shopping. Jason I thought you and Nugget were going to do an Emu Pond happy dance, looks like Goldie likes to take in the big picture and Nugget likes to Herd Geese. The Joy your Milestone Achievement brings is a true Reflection of the Love, Dedication and Respect you have for your Cog Hill Collective. 😀👍👍👍
MARY. When I saw the geese on the hillside I thought what a beautiful picture. Hope you do a photo book to sell. We call them coffee table books. Love your work. Wish you the best. From Ringgold ga.
I enjoy watching the progress you guys are making on your farm. I’m so happy for you. I understand Brooke’s concerns about her health. This is when we have to put our faith in God’s hands. Thanks for putting a smile on my face today.
Goldie is geese supervising. This was a perfect introduction to a big pool. 👍. Perfect weather. Great job Jason and Brooke 🫶. Blessings Cog Hill 40 🙏🫶🙏
I still can’t believe how fast the pond is filling from your new well👍👍. Garden also looks fantastic you got some good healthy eating there. Hope it all works out. Good luck guys. Hope Brooke gets better soon, she has been looking better in her last couple videos.🙏🙏🙏. 👍👍❤️❤️🎄🎄🇨🇦
Being the spouse to a chronically ill person is not an easy job. I know my husband struggles daily with helping me remember medication and watching my food and drink intake.
Hey just wanted to say I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’ve been on prednisone before when my flare ups don’t respond to anything. When I come off it it usually lasts for awhile for me about 1-2 months after I come off them. Hopefully by the time Brooke needs to come off the steroids the doctors have figured out what she has and has a plan to mange it. It’s always a great day when I get the notification that Cog Hill farms have uploaded a new video.
Aww Jason you are precious. Your sense of humor is contagious. Thanks for my morning smile. Love and peace to ALL the Cog Hill family.
Yep, Jason has a wonderful sense of humor and talks to all the animals...they seem to understand.
Im so glad Brooke is feeling better... Jason is one of the most happiest people i have ever seen.... Such a good human
Good job on the fences...
I am also glad you're feeling better, Brooke! I pray you continue to improve! May God bless your entire family!
❤❤ God bless you Brooke and Jason and Mary Carl all the dogs and all the cats and all the animals😊😊
Now that Brooke is feeling better, you seem to be doing better yourself. I know you were really worried about her.
Oh my goodness, Holly was in the back losing her dog cookies....lol She was like I can herd them , let me, let me.... Hugs and Prayers ya'll
YES and she loves being in that pond. Poor dear !
That's exactly what I was thinking! I kept saying, "Let Holly in!" LOL She wanted to do her job so badly!
RotfLMAOOOOOO @ dog cookies 😂😭😭😂 that’s so funny
The geese do look beautiful in the pond, I know you guys have waited for this moment. Nugget seemed to be happy at the pond😁Thanks for sharing this special moment with us all. Have a great day!
Brooke’s mom is going to enjoy seeing the feather balls from her side porch. Lovely view of the pond and new residents.
It was so great to hear Brooke laughing and getting excited, enjoying the antics of the geese and the Emu’s. They are so beautiful in the water. Another dream come true ❤
I am so pleased to hear that Brooke is feeling better.
Goldy is the life guard on duty keeping an eye on everyone 😂
😂😂😂😂
Seeing her on that ridge made me wonder if she was a lifeguard at her old place lol Queen of the hill!
They was fun, I think the Emus and geese will enjoy that pond. It was fun watching you herd the geese, lol. It's amazing how they all stay together.
Jason , I understand how you could be frustrated by not having all the tools loaded to install gates. But here's a different perspective. You have the Sheriff and the Lifeguard.
I so love how Nugget walked with y'all to the pond and went into the water.... 😅😊😊😊 Then Goldie came. What good Emu's y'all have....❤❤❤
You two have such a loving, caring, respectful, prized relationship as husband and wife and best friends. Everyone can see clearly how much you like and admire each other. It is beautiful to see the geese in the pond. You all have finally accomplished your goal.
It is a wonderful new play ground for all! I think Goldie needs an ankle bracelet for Christmas. Then Brooke can immediately identify her. 😊
I’m glad Brooke is doing better . Praying for healing. Garden is doing great.
As you were driving out of the barn, I was remembering how much you and Brooke have accomplished over the past year. Good to see you out and about more, Brooke.
That’s a good trick for turning in those gate hinge screws. I’ve seen so many folks frustrate themselves over that task.
Holly is just going back and forth up there having more fun 😂
I never even knew what a baby ladybug look like now I do.
Me either! I’m not a bug killer at all. I may move them if they are in the house, but, I don’t kill them. ❤
A cannon ball..😂😂 The geese looked beautiful on the pond.❤ I love how you and Brooke interact with the animals!😊❤
“You can lead a goose to water but you can’t make it swim!”🤣🤣💕
Happy to see your garden didn’t get hurt from the frost
Holly in the background understood the mission and really wanted to help herd the birds.
So glad Brooke is feeling better, still praying for her. The Emus and Geese seem to like the pond.
That was a heck of a lot of fun to watch 😂. You guys make my life happy. Your laughter and consistent positivity is absolutely infectious. Best wishes and love. Have a great day. Y’all be good 🥰
Holly is saying "let me herd them. I can herd them." Funny!
Brooke, it depends on your autoimmune diagnosis. A lot do not have an exact med. Lupus does. Changing diet (a lot of veggies) really helps…foods that do not trigger inflammation.
I don't think Brooke lacks veggies. Have you seen how many they grow?
Definitely....getting rid of the foods that trigger inflammation are what made a drastic change for me!!
Carnivore can help, too. I'd have my hormones checked, too. I'm praying our Heavenly Father comforts you, Brooke, and provides answers for you. ❤
@@dorothybrogden3523 it’s such a guessing game at the beginning ugh! But we can semi guide her.

It is soooo awesome the emus and geese now have a pond!
Hollie has to bring you so much joy. She exudes happiness in every thing she does. She is living her best life with the person she adores. Makes me smile EVERYTIME I see her.
Thank you for sharing another great video!
So precious to see that goose March, it must be cold in comparison to their paddling pools. First time floaters 😊❤️
So HAPPY TO SEE YOU FINISHED YOUR FENCE. AND LRT THE GEESE IN TJE POND . AWESOME JOB 😊

It’s quite entertaining watching you two herd them….😂😂

Lol@ I can't touch the bottom! First time floaters hehe can't wait till they all get settled and used to their new pool!
It was so good to see Brooke out and feeling better. I know seeing the geese out in the pond made her heart happy even if it was a short time. I believe that over time they will enjoy the pond if you take their pools away, they will go down to the pond to "bath".

I love seeing the animals going to the pond. Before you know it they will be there everyday. Holly seems to like Goldie too .
omg, Jason lying to the pig is so funny
Hey Jason, often when I work on repeated projects, I will forget a part or tool too. I would never think negative of any of the hard work you perform. I just think, we are all in the same wagon. We all do the same forgetful things because we are so busy doing, doing, doing. You and Brooke are not afraid to work.
That was cool! Thanks y'all!❤
Continued prayers for Brooke. I was drinking a cup of Cog Hill Christmas while watching this great video. Coffee is delicious.
Goldie seems to feel very much at home :) Lovely to see!
Such a sweet update on the farm. 🥰 I loved seeing Nugget, Goldie and the Geese checking out the pond. The Geese will love it once they acclimate to the change.

It wont be long before those geese figure that pond out. They'll be in it during the heat of the summer. You did good.
I am so glad to see we are not the only people that forget tools when working on a project! The geese looked so good on the pond and yes they will get use to it in time. I also loved how you kept the truth about moving them to the boss lady Peaches. lol
Great video as always.
Half a gaggle is a giggle 😂
That was a real treat. I bet they will be in it all the time as soon as the geese get use to it. Good job. 😊❤👍
I guess some of them just don't know how to goose. Give em time. They might figure it out. I see that Nugget knows how to goose! He'll teach em. Kind of a rough start but it was very entertaining!

Love the Emu’s in the pond! Hope the ducks go to the pond!😊😊
Brooke. Your lookin good. Hope your feeling better continues. Continued prayers🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️

Good morning Cog Hill. So good to be watching you Jason with my coffee. So glad to hear that Brook is feeling better.
God bless y'all.
From ok
Hi...... Jason and Brooke Nice to see you both love watching your video homestead beautiful great good job BYE 👋 BYE 👋 BYE 👋 BYE 👋👍👍👍👌👌👌
So neat watching you herd the geese to the pond. Geese are beautiful swimming in the pond. ❤❤

I Missed You so much (sis) Brooke
I'm so happy to see you feeling better, I'm still praying for your 100% recovery
You probably should write out your checklist and hang it up in your barn near the tool bench.😁😁
Sadly, I am sure he is worried about Brooke, so cannot focus. Praying for all of you Jason
Being the spouse to a chronically ill person is not an easy job. I know my husband struggles daily with helping me remember medication and watching my food and drink intake.
Add some sand on the edges of your pond so you don’t get he mud on your feet when you go wading in your new pond
Your videos and farm get better and better each day. Love seeing the animals at the pond already.
Holly is herding the geese from outside. I'd love to see how she'd go
Hey just wanted to say I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’ve been on prednisone before when my flare ups don’t respond to anything.
Same for me!
Very happy for Brooke! Laughing with you!
