You may have noticed we're a bit more chill this episode... That's literally because we filmed this in the evening and are still on a caffeine down after all the coffee we consumed in the last episode 😂
We're fine now! But it's hilarious to look back and see how sleepy/out of it we were 😅
JOLLY hahah glad you didn’t crash or get any worse than this 😂💕
Lol! Welp, that's what you get for 7 cups of COFFEES!
Oh that's why.... and here I was thinking you guys were comfortabe and leaving a comment on it instead of exhausted😅 Either way, I really loved today's vibe, it was great👌 Hope to see more great videos😃 Always supporting you all😍

Since you're in NZ why not try out their famous meat pies? Jesse would know what to recommend
I’m Aussie and have to say, Whittaker’s is hands down THE best chocolate in the world!!! Though the real secret is, that anything made in New Zealand is outstanding!!
Yeah they moved Cadbury's production to Australia & now the chocolate tastes like super sweet plastic.
Whittaker's is the best.
jobS137 yes I won’t buy Cadbury anymore. It’s disgusting.
Apparently you've never had belgium chocolate which is known for the actual world's best chocolate 😅
@@herooftime9921 i have and can say nz is better ( whittakers ) ive had chocolate from most of the " known " places too also their icecream is on point as well
Have you tried their new caramel one with bundaberg ginger beer? It's my new favorite! Have to give it to the Aussies, they make the best ginger beer!
I still remember when the chocolate milk came out and there was a two bottle per purchase limit because it was in such a high demand.
It’s the same as in Australia when this Chocolate called caramilk came back for a limited time. Wasn’t even that nice tbh, it was just caramel and white chocolate put together
Remember Big M and Zap flavoured milk in the '80's
Steve Percival yup zap was the ol school tuk shop milk drink. It was tasty back then!
@@rozzie652 caramilk was horrible but boy did it sell on trade me lol
OMG SAME! I remember this in primary and I always wanted to try it but couldn’t since it would ALWAYS be sold out and it was super expensive. Crazy how time flies
NZ chocolate is hands down the best chocolate in the world. It tastes so different to UK and US chocolate and is just amazing. The Cadbury is amazing as well but Whittaker’s is the best chocolate in the world........... no one could ever tell me different!
Clearly haven't tried true Belgian or Swiss chocolate! I mean, the real stuff. Honestly, the chocolate they make over there is out of this world. Love our Whittakers chocolate, but those two countries are just beyond.
@@MCshadr217 All 3 are pretty damn amazing!
KrazyKiwi I actually have tried them and think they are good but I don’t know I just think Whittaker’s had a much nicer texture and flavour! But Belgian chocolate is really nice too!

I felt offended not gonna lie 😂
I'm 40, but I still drink chocolate milk... That is delicious!
Aussie.... tried chocolate all around the world, including Belgium & Swiss ....no competition, Whittaker's is the hands down winner, absolutely the best in THE WORLD. I just wish we has more flavours in aus.

should've started with the creamy milk, to get the pure chocolate flavour. and also included the original, peanut slab and the other classic, almond gold. glad you got to try jelly tip though. imo it's the most successful of the novelty flavours. it really resembles the original ice block, which was my favourite as a kid
I see someone else just discovered this.
Gotta say I was surprised when they commented on the size of the bars.
almond gold and peanut slab is my go to!
is jellytip an ice block?
You guys didnt even try the original before trying these other versions. I would have given them the plain bar to compare properly the different flavors
Ashleigh Holtham exactly what I was thinking 🤔 👍🏾 The original Peanut Slab is my favourite by a fair ways
They didnt do that because they're dumb.

Here in NZ they used to do the macadamia and haven't seen it on the shelves for years...😢😢 it was absolutely my favorite.
The white chocolate macadamia was my absolute favourite and ive been missing it too
@@bexxiboo Right?! Like wtf happened to it hahaha I used to get a block every birthday becasue my siblings knew I loved it and then I go to buy me some more and there's nada on the shelf. At first I thought it was the whole "first come first serve" But realised that they weren't restocking. I would absolutely hate to be pregnant and craving that ONE chocolate lol
@@cuddlypandas2995 dude I couldn't stop thinking about it when I was pregnant lol I wouldn't have coped if the berry biscuit hadn't distracted me
I loved it too, i think it might not have been a top seller, that's why they deleted the product. Macadamias are probably expensive, and if they weren't selling like the other flavours it may have been too expensive to manufacture.
There was a macadamia shortage so they had to stop production. I emailed them a lot about it cos it was so good!! Hopefully one day soon...
As an Italian living in NZ I think Whittaker’s hands down the best chocolate in the world!!

Keep up the good work!
Whittakers is in a class all of its own. My primary school backed onto the rear of the factory and when they were making chocolate it would waft through the playground. Kids lined up at the fence sniffing as much as our lungs could take in. One of my favourite childhood memories.
Papatoetoe Intermediate shares a fence with Dominion Breweries. We used to get some great malty / yeasty smells when the wind was in the right direction.
We never got any free samples, did you?
Whittikers Berries and Biscuit is my favourite. Dark Choc Orange is also a strong contender
Yes, berry biscuit for me too.

They should’ve just tried the classic Creamy Milk and A Peanut Slab. Those are the best chocolates ever! 🍫🍫
I guessing the Creamy Milk was the first one and Peanut Slab the second one ever made? However I can only remember Peanut Slabs as a kid back in the early 70s.
Peanut Slabs got me through high school (and Toffee Milks)
@@flightofthefatman Yes and they were unwrapped in a large box, dairy would put them in one of those little white paper bags you got your loose lollies in. They were excellent then and still are.
When that choc milk first came out the supermarkets kept running out. They had to limit it to 2 bottles per customer and had security guards next to the chillers. True story. The lemon cheesecake one is damn good too.
whitakers creamy milk is the best flavor
Jeremy Walsh My favourite too!!
It's so simple but yummy. I've never tried peanut butter.
OMG I'm literally eating Whittikers Creamy Milk as I'm reading your comment! Lol (Damn just finished the whole block!) 😲
I felt like the Peanut slab should have been on this 😭😭
@Antics - half Whittakers chocolate and half cream as a ganache, perfect for cakes. I've done that before
I'm not even from New Zealand and I LOVE Whittaker's. Especially Berry & Biscuits.
I’m from NZ and love Whittaker’s ! It’s really good chocolate , I wouldn’t say the best in the world , but compared to other chocolate like Cadbury , it’s great,For the price point and availability .
Nobody takes a few days to eat a whole chocolate. That's gone in minutes! Especially the peanut butter and coconut slabs 😋😋
I used to buy Whittakers to share at work drinks. It gets eaten very quickly.
We have really good chocolate, ice cream, cheese, milk and yoghurt here in New Zealand because our dairy cows are healthy and eat fresh grass with plenty of space to roam. Immigrants often put on 5-10kg after moving here, due to overindulging in ice cream and chocolate. A postal worker said the most common item posted out of NZ is Whittakers chocolate.
Yep,spare tyres abound,n I dont mean in th boot. Good call.😉
Average time to get thrugh a bar
5-10 minutes
Ikr... Why did she say a couple days
My mother's friend moved to New Zealand a few years ago and had never tried L&P before in his life, but he was instantly addicted. He always has cans and cans of the stuff in his fridge. He didn't want to go back home because he wouldn't be able to have any L&P (the drink)!
I like it more than dr pepper.
Hahaha it's pretty nice😂
When I visited friends in Canada I had 6x 2l bottles of L&P and several dozen bars of chocolate in my luggage

Ferris Holmes yeah I’m 14 and Lewis road creamery is the best chocolate milk. It’s not just for small children.
Don't worry, majority of kiwi's now fit the bill of drinking chocolate milk, thanks to LRC and Puhoi. Surprised they didn't try Puhoi, that is some intense chocolate flavour.
The best chocolate milk I have tried was the one I made. Warm milk to melt the whittakers. Perfect in winter.

Yep we know how to open chocolate in NZ.
LOL... me tooi!!!
OMG how am I just finding this now?! I’m literally from NZ and this just popped up on my recommended page, everyone who hasn’t tried NZ chocolate you have to try it!
To the foreigners watching, tourists used to come to NZ to take the waters as we have lots of mineral springs. Some spring waters were bottled as sodas, including Te Aroha and Paeroa water, from two nearby towns. Lemon and Te Aroha is long gone but Lemon and Paeroa remains, as a heritage brand and a flavour at least. From my memory they were marketed by Innes Tartan which became Innes Schweppes, then just Schweppes. Actually Schweppes and Cadbury are or were associated, along with Hudsons biscuits so Whitakkers making L&P is a bit surprising.
I love how CHILLLLL this video is! The three of them are talking like they're not filming, but just really like a local friend is introducing local delicacy. I LOVE IT
actually they sound like that because they are wrecked due to 7 cups of coffee 😂😂
@Jolly - Fun Fact: When the chocolate milk first came out, the demand for it was so high, that sales were limited per individual. Some supermarkets had to have security guards posted by the display to make sure people weren't stealing them! LOL
They would also go on sale on TradeMe (the local eBay) for $50-100 per bottle.
The craze was INSANE.
Yeah that was crazy !
I finally tried the jelly tip because of this video. Just gotta say it's soooo unique and yummy
Keep it in the freezer. Yum
Watching this as a Kiwi, their reactions were really quite fascinating.
Josh's judgement and concern at Jess and Olly singing the Oompa Loompa song 😂

I've sent the peanut butter Whittakers to multiple friends in the USA who keep going on about how good Reece's PB Cups are when they taste literally like sugary plastic... and every single person who has tried it has then rescinded their opinion. Whittakers is superior.
