what a way to start the year! Happy New year Ray, stay safe out there. I like that at 22:20 "One thing at a time, don't stress". Spread yourself too thin and nothing will get done AND you could get hurt if you're not focused
Man I hope they are paying you well cause the amount of money you save them doing these major projects in house is crazy. I admire your work ethic and skill set.
The condition of her apartment should be considered a lease violation. Hope she has renters insurance, it's mandatory at our complex. Protect those water lines possible subzero temps coming next week.
When I saw the fire was on the 2nd, I was like "yeah that lower unit is trashed too".... Big props to the FD on limiting the damage. Looked like it was mostly contents involved and little structure involvement... that helps greatly. Stay safe working around there man!
Wow man! When you had told me it was a hoarder I didn’t think you meant “HOARDER” that’s absolutely disgusting. Not trying to knock her while she’s down but damn that’s horrible.
When it rains it pours. Hope no one was injured. Sad to lose everything and be displaced out of your home this time of year. They heave the right on the job to take care of things! Good job! Thanks for posting ! Have a safe warm week !
@@Raysmaintenanceto be honest I'm really surprised your boss wasn't telling her to clean it up cause technically that is a fire hazard I mean maybe you're not required to to do annual inspections
@@RaysmaintenanceI know but was it from something blocking the air flow or the receptacle overheated the heater was plugged into? Prolly cant determine those details I guess.
22:21 AMEN! I have to tell myself this every day. It's hard to grasp, and I struggle with it.
The usual suspects seem to burn down their houses or apartments at an alarming rate

A lot of places as long as they pay they don’t care. I agree with you but that’s what I have seen and heard.
That apartment is a gut job, I don't know if insurance would cover that. Considering she was a hoarder, they will likely deny any claim.
