I really like how he raises his children, I know this is only like 30 minutes of their life that we get to see but it's very admirable. I give a lot of respect to his wife too who watches them alone while he's away.

I dont think that's how it was intended the way Koreans speak is always translated harsher. It's almost like when you speak to a kid you're babysitting and answer their question with a question. Her answer was very harmless.
