In( CoF6)^3- Co exist in +3 oxidation state. Electronic configuration of Co is 3d^7,4s^2 , now 3 electrons are removed from 4s first then from 3d so the remaining configuration is 3d^6 , and due to weak field strength of F , the 3d electrons are not paired and show sp3d2 hybridisation.
