Sorry to comment in this forum..Actually we bought return gifts as bangle pouch this year.we ordered for 30 pouches..and was billed exactly for the same..After checking at home we found 5 missing.. Though it was our mistake that we didn't check in the shop itself after billing.. We felt very disappointed...as it was our first experience in that shop..
Very nice collection but store people have the least interest to show products or even know the price. Wish they concentrated on customer service as well
Yes true...they are very lethergic and give blunt answers...after traveling a long distance and then reaching out there, these things are big disappointments.

Customer service definitely needs a lot of improvement.I had placed an online order for 50 pieces of bangle boxes for a function. Out of which atleast 9 were defective and absolutely not usable..When asked for replacement,they promised to do it before the function but failed. They said they can arrange for replacement only after checking the returned pieces…Why didnt they check the pieces before they were delivered? QUALITY CONTROL department is a must in every business..They just delivered the old stock without even checking how they were.. They should always prioritise the customers and their requirements

This store has a lot of varieties , but please make sure that you check the price before billing, i experienced this myself ...the label had a decent price and so v bought it , but v noticed it the next day that it was billed for a higher price , when we contacted the store , they said the price tag was pinned wrong , that wasn't customers negligence anyways ..and the money wasn't refunded....please be aware of this ..

My first visit to wedtree. Amazed by the wide range of gift options they have. Very reasonable pricing, super customer service inspite of the crowd they are definitely doing their best. A must visit place for Navaratri collection.

Nice collections. But customer service needs improvement. They are not very attentive to queries and hardly understand... Wide variety of products though.
