Thanks for the footage Jim. You've gave me more places to explore when i get another wee trail bike. Sad to see IBM derelict as remember driving wagons out o there in 90s for TDG .
Couldn't believe the clear footage of ship lying on sand bank, remember this happening when I was a kid growing up in port Glasgow, news got around about ship , wee got on our bikes and headed for greenock where wee were met with hundreds in attendance to what was going offshore, never saw ship close up , stunning viewing. 🙂🏴
Really an eye opener to the area , changed in so many ways, yes it's cleaner but a little bit of dirt is not bad , it's the pace of the changes , hey , this is great seeing it all like this .

Inverclyde has some of the most depressing towns / urban areas in Scotland. But also some of most stunning views .! Situated right on Highland boundary. I missed Cappielow though might be my fault. ? People with Heart and Fighting Spirit too .!

+Greenock Drone Guy ....yes i seen your fab video of Queen Mary...well done...cheers........I never done a video of Gibshill someone else me thinks.look forward to your future projects....cheers
+Greenock Drone Guy ... a wee tip......try not use copyright music in your videos m8,cos youtube may scrub your channel....if you look at any of my videos i use copyright free music on them.... I had a great wee video muted by youtube for almost 2 years because of copyright....If you want i will give you a copyright free site for music.......
Alec Beaton Thanks for tip Alec, I usually check in the video manager for copyright restrictions. A lot of claimants will allow you to use their material in exchange for putting adds on your video which they get revenue from. But I agree it's sometimes easier with copyright free music , that would be great if you send me a link to the copyright free site 👍
Loved seeing the Cloch lighthouse. My father was born there as his father was principle lighthouse keeper. Thank you!
Thank you Jim, opened us up to a whole new world.

The derelict farmhouse at Loch Thom was Garvock Farm. It was occupied up until the mid1980s but is now in a very unsafe and ruined state.
Great Description well done 👏

Hello Drone Guy, at the end of the video there is footage of derelict buildings. Where is this ?
they are the old IBM buildings. once the biggest employer in Inverclyde.
If you don't mind me asking. Which type of drone are you using ? Fantastic footage !!! Very impressive.
Hi Joe the clips were filmed using a DJI Phantom3 Advanced, I now have a Phantom 4 which is a slightly better updated drone, both great dronres
Jim hop we can make it to 200 subs soon
