I think the bike model is new and should be under warranty, but I am pretty sure they should batteries. I think you can contact them to buy second battery if needed for range or after the market with a splitter
That is to bad. I know the delivery drivers have their phones going their entire shift. But you can always use a portable battery pack. I always keep on with me when out for the day.

I would of left the film on the display (unless it was difficult to read) then if/when you decide to sell, u remove it and bike appears more newish..
I would left but it was badly scratched up.. so removing the film make me feel better that I don't need to replace the display 😀

Lvd doesn't come on.... You wouldn't happen to know the reason for lcd not turning on?
Can be many reasons. Check of battery is on? I think there is on and off switch. Check all cables plug and unplug when battery off the bike

How do u unlock the bike to get more speed?
You need to go to setting to change Speed. I don't have it a front, so I don't remember
did you try the settings to change to higher speed? i think it max out on 23 or 24 with me on top

Is the motor whining sound normal for this bike?
Shouldn't be normal, but sometimes new motor or under stress makes different noises. You would need to record the sounds and send to Nakto to confirm
