Thank you for posting this video. Your game is super fun and cool. I have two questions. You said if you're the active player with the least glory, you gain both of the effects on an event. The rulebook says the opposite. Which is it? 2nd question. What is the timing of installing an upgrade? Is it done after all your other actions and can you do it during a refresh turn? Thanks.

Hi,
1. the rule book is right then, concerning the benefits of event cards.
2. You can install upgrades at any time you want except "in an action".
