Come to Kolkata ,u will see d change,the roads, infrastructure, light, didi has cleared the basic need of people, electricity,roads and water, I remember when I was kid in West Bengal there were power cuts for like 12 hrs n 8 hrs, but after didi came, not a single day, we have faced Power cut problem.
