At least you knew enough to put large propellers on it it cuts down on cavitation and vibration because you don't have to spin them as fast and get the speed you're looking for
Why don't you (or didn't you) build a crane system into the ceiling of the factory structure which would greatly simplify this two-crane approach and lessen the risk of damage to the boat by having far fewer people involved, removing the use of a manually assembled lift mechanism, and eliminating the use of two crane operators by using a fully-automated ceiling crane?
