this Fender strat though I can't keep my eyes off it
Same here
😑
That fender looks like the one Trogly Guitar Show had before!
Humberto Gonzalez yaa
Anyone know what its called?
The rosewood pickguard really does wonders on that Rarities Series Strat.
Trogly you’re one of my favorite UA-cam channels, you make Gibson’s interesting to me
Hello Troglodytes
Noted
Oh, Hi Friend
Hey trogly
I'm disappointed no one Rick rolled him😔
someone probably did and he just moved on and didn't show it
Its kinda hard considering there are no sharps or flats
I really expected Never meant for some reason
@@sophiaseth2769 You can change the scale to chromatic in the settings
I mean at least wii kinda got the Mii Channel Theme with the second one
“You can click on as many or as few notes are you want. Anyway here’s how that sounds like..”
>An Old Spice commercial begins to play
Lol I got an old spice commercial as well.
Jay Vincent CaN iT tEaCh Me To PlAy ChOrDs?!
I’m still not convinced that you’re not secretly a metalhead with that first track, it was sick
There may be more closeted metalheads among us than we realize...
I swear that Ashembolath the Mighty rose in my pentagram during the solo! 😉 Thankfully I have a salt circle surrounding the pentagram!
Metal is just classical with distortion
respectfully, the guitar tone outs him, not a metalhead
@@InventorZahran yup
4:20 hey that feels pretty good man
Nice work sir!
Nice👌
Nice job! Sounds like something from an old school sonic game.
of course you're at 420
It kinda reminds me of a Postal Service song...
3:41 I thought he was gonna start playing Party in the USA
Same
Loved how heavy that first piece was.
Everybody's raving about the strat but that epiphone mandolin tho...
absolutely something that deserves more attention
2:35 that's... Ghost for sure
Ha, ha! That's exactly what I was thinking.
I'm getting more Aquabats Kooky Spooky vibes
We had this in the early 90's... it was called Mario Paint
3:56
That's not love music, that's woodworking timelapse montage music.
Why. Why in gods name is this a legitimate comparison?
Ok Ron Swanson
Kinda sounds like RHCP to me

Nickelback: thanks for the shout-out!
That Sammy G composition on the program is one musically one of the best things I have ever seen and heard.
This should be a recurring series . I know this one above many other types of content takes a whole bunch of time but I really did enjoy this
I swear that first riff wouldn't sound out of place on a powerwolf album.
I can even hear the signer on top of it.
@@justindesilets3526 power wolf and or ghost
Or a falling in reverse song
Ohh did sammy get a new guitar? Fender rarities?
He’s had it for a little while now and I can’t express how badly I want it lol
He got that one a while ago, did a video on it too where he wrote a poem about it.

That's a sweet guitar!
@@youloveme163 I'm having romantic feelings towards it
BRO THAT FIRST ARPEGGIO WAS ORGASMIC.
ORGASMIC, I TELL YA.
poor ray..

Gold comment. Didn't even edit. Noice
I don't get the "F**k" for Ray...
@@dariop.248 '"F**k yeah!" for his attitude :P
The Strat is beautiful. Can't take my eyes off it. And it has such a brilliant, crystalline clean tone. It brings tears to my eyes. Sammy, your playing is so melodic. That clean tone is a wonder to behold; it makes me melt. If I had lady parts, they'd be soaked.
bro likes it a little too much
These videos must take a LOT of work... Awesome as always.
Just this afternoon, I was practicing on my guitar, and I was thinking that I sound pretty good, and then I saw this
You probably did sound pretty good.
Sammy G is a professional musician and that Fender is next-level.
I swear...that guitar is angelic.
Well you are good you might even be very good just Sammy g is way better and there is always some one better than you so it's fine
I love Dylan's song, I wish there was a full song of it
I know right? I love that blue grass
agreed, loved his interpretation
@@idkseamus1359 I agree the bluegrass sounded awesome, but I'd kinda like to hear a full version of the song in 8 bit
@@dylanmcbain3053 do one in 8 bit! Sounds freaking awesome
that could very well be a MGMT song. i was very disappointed when he didn't mention that lol
the first one is my favorite, really badass honestly
2:37 sounds like the hypest death note soundtrack
The beginning sounds like Lights theme:ua-cam.com/video/E3LeZNlI0Xg/v-deo.html
He has 2 of the most metal looking strats ive ever seen
The attention to detail you put in these mini tracks you make is ridiculously awesome! There were freakin castanets in the one tune!
that new red hot chilli peppers demo at 4:10 sounds nice
I was thinking the same 😂😂
Honestly if he had a different backing track it'd sound just like one
scar tissue
Haven’t watched your channel in a bit, this brought me back! I love how this series has submission but you really showcase your talents for song writing.
I think you could get rich off of making 70's revival porn music
7:05 - the switch I was thinking would sound off didn't sound off. Please make a full song out of this little pop beauty!
Here's what this basic thing sounds like
*SPOON IS AN AUDIO LIVESTREAMING APP*
I got scream metal hahaha
I got a tazo tea commercial
I got a Simply Guitar ad.
this was great, honestly, i love how wove together the techniques and ideas, great work!
I get Tom waits/ nick cave vibes from the first song, I could have never imagined that from the melody given. Nicely done.
the first song was very "muse-like", really nice !
What a great vid..love the concept for it and what you bought to those tunes
Mate, loving your channel so far. Very creative content you're creating, you're also very talented of course
It's always exciting to see what you come up with. First example in particular sounded awesome.
2:21 that kinda sounds like a mr bungle song
The melody "Chrissy" came up with and you played sounds like it should be in a farming game like harvest moon. I love it!
I loved the fact that the video is revealing in regards of who and how can do music. In this case in particular, you let us do the music and you did the theory, only making already good things better.
Liked
That first one was pretty awesome in my “hufo” Sammy G you always surprise me with your heavier songs! 🤘🏻😝🤘🏻
Wow! This is totally awesome!! Love it
I´d love to hear a full version of the last song, it sounded SO good
Ngl I really liked that blue grass one at 5:12
The first track was frickin awesome! Those high notes at the end game me goosebumps
Petition to get Sammy G to cover some metal to the best of his ability
I came here to comment on the Fender---just like everyone else.
Beautiful guitar with a wonderful tone.
We enjoyed your video.
Got some Ghost vibes from that first song.
This is wholesome.
What a great exercise - really fun. Thanks.
How is it that I'm only a couple mins into the video and I'm already inspired and amazed? You are awesome, Sammy G. Love you and your vids!
Did that first song sound kinda like Ghost? Or am I just thinking that because he mentioned demons?
Love this concept. Well executed, too!
Sammy, you gave me second wind in my guitar career. I picked up Charlie Parker's Omnibook and I'm having a blast. I've even started picking up surplus bodies and building some customs! Thanks!
This is my favourite video by you, great!
This was a super fun video. I'd love for you to do these more often.
Sounds very clean. Funny as always. Good shit.
That was fantastic. I love seeing how musivians interpret ideas.
i hope this becomes a series. Seems like a bit of work on your end but its fun to watch and its great fan interaction
That is hands down the most beautiful Strat I've ever laid eyes on.
still come back to this video every so often to hear the bluegrass cover of my song, so calming. I love it
Yet again an amazing video! Thanks samgit!
Bro that was really enjoyable to watch how you develop melodies... highlights real differences between someone who has studied and practiced that stuff... compared to someone like me haha
Very glad I watched this video, lovely music, very inspiring
That last one sounds like a TV sitcom theme song😂🤣
The video was great Ol Sammy G, my favorite videos are when I get to hear you play and this one checked all the right boxes
That might be the first Strat I've seen with a flamed maple top and a dark stained neck and headstock. Looks killer
6:28 sounds exactly like something American Football would do
Excellent and classy as usual. That first to last jam was made by that little wood block knocking sound. It would be cool if you could layer in the original sounds with your creations for some part of them.
Please continue this series, idk how much engagement these videos get but just know it's worth it.
Might be one of the better videos I've seen in the past few weeks (overall, not just from you :D).
Dude, that first track! And then the mandolin one. Don’t know what it says about my musical taste but they are awesome!
hi man i love your videos im currently learning guitar specifcly the blues althought im 12 and i dont have enough money for a electric guitar ad no body in my family does but the acoustic still works for electric blue so im happy
awesome as always
That is the coolest strat I’ve ever laid eyes on
chrisy's one was my fav, needs a full version
that second to last one was amazing !,
I love this! Sammy G should definitely do another one of these videos, it’s just amazing! I love how he can turn a few simple notes into such a beautiful song. Sammy G could probably make a black metal song sound wonderful and beautiful.
Every time I hear you play the guitar, you make me want to play instantly. I think you're one of the best composers on youtube.
I loved this!
Cool idea for a video. I would like to see another of these.

I love the sound of the first track so f-ing much. I could listen to it all day, kinda has that detective Conan vibe to it. Please never stop what youre doing xoxo...
xD no but really you are to talented to just go under the radar.
That was the most exciting and interesting video around music I've seen! keen to submit my tentatives in a next one!
Really great idea and interesting video! Thumbs up :)
6:49 this one sounds so good 😍
You ever plan to make another guitar pedals video?
Great Video as always
The last video was beautiful, this one's more beautiful, loving these! Now I'll have to make a twitter account.
wonderfull!
I loved the bluegrass one more than I was expecting to...😄gives me pixar movie travelling to the next scene transition vibes :D
bruh why second last one sounds surprisingly lovely
