Here is salt country, them screws rust to hell and the Phillips screw becomes a round. You need to remove the trim panel to get to backside of bulbs. Remove push pins on lid, pull plastic cover off the latch, remove screws holding panel and push plastic pins on trim to remove.

Exact same thing happened to me. Hoped it would be as easy as the video, but noooo

Is it ok to touch a bulb with your fingers like that?
+metcalfe87 yes, the headlight bulbs you should avoid touching them because they get too hot and the oil from your fingers will burn it fast
I would still use gloves, just to be safe.
Where’s the fuse
