Good question. The district 2 is more of a crossbody and hangs lower on my hip normally-kind of more purse like-and the moment is worn as a sling tighter across my back, or can be worn as a Fanny pack. Both have good comfort and organization so I think it would depend a lot on how u like to wear a bag in terms of which is better. I would tend to grab the district 2 first, if I needed something of this size.
