My weight fluctuates a couple of pounds up past my goal, but I'm just continuing to lift. I notice that I look better even with the fluctuations when I'm consistent with my weight lifting. Yes!!! I eat like this. Love it. And it taste so good. I use the flatbread. I use ground beef, or sometimes chicken, kale and spinach. With black beans, tomatoes, red pepper and other veggies. Then add a low calorie yogurt dressing.

I was on keto for 3 years and it worked amazing to my body, I also did weight with personal trainer those same years, and yes I had healthy lean body. But the last 2 years I didn't do any of those, and my fat gained, oh nooo. So early this year I went back to low carb, high protein (not strict keto) but haven't done any workout yet. I am 51 going on 52 this year and my body and health, in average, is good and still have my period. But yes, we can't help saggy face skin 😂 but I don't mind (but I wish I wouldn't have bag eyes 😁). Your videos help me to be on track, never again eat careless.
@@sarahozigi5009 Not for this particular dressing. I make my own vinegarette in my blender. Saves me money and you know what's going in it without preservatives. Google your favorite dressing recipe, you'll be surprised how easy they are to make at home. I haven't bought salad dressing in the bottle for years.
I like to use the cassava root flour tortillas instead. Ooh or seaweed wraps when ur doin grilled shrimp or sushi type theme. You could put in the pickled ginger, I know it’s meant to be a palate cleanser in between, but it tastes soo good in a wrap with avocado! I think they have chickpea tortillas was it? Or some other root flour maybe? I’ll try those one of these days, too

This is one of my go to meals at lunch time. Melissa, try making your own dressing. It taste soooooooo much better than store bought dressing.
